Claims (9)
- 리튬 이온이 프리도핑되는 플레이트형 집전체;
상기 집전체의 적어도 일면에 형성된 음극;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 집전체는 에칭된 알루미늄 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 집전체는 일측으로 돌출된 내부 단자를 포함하고,
상기 집전체의 내부 단자에 초음파 용접에 의해 접합된 외부 단자;
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 음극이 적어도 일면에 형성되고, 일측으로 돌출되게 음극 단자부가 형성되며 리튬 이온이 프리도핑되는 플레트형 음극 집전체를 갖는 복수의 음극 전극부;
리튬 이온의 흡탈착을 유도하는 양극이 적어도 일면에 형성되고, 일측으로 돌출되게 양극 단자부가 형성된 플레이트형 양극 집전체를 갖는 복수의 양극 전극부;
교대로 적층된 상기 음극 전극부와 상기 양극 전극부 사이에 각각 개재된 복수의 세퍼레이터;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 음극 및 양극 집전체는 알루미늄 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 음극 집전체는 에칭된 알루미늄 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 음극 단자부는,
상기 복수의 음극 전극부의 음극 집전체의 일측으로 각각 돌출된 복수의 제1 내부 단자;
상기 복수의 제1 내부 단자에 초음파 용접에 의해 접합된 제1 외부 단자;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 양극 단자부는,
상기 복수의 양극 전극부의 양극 집전체의 일측으로 각각 돌출된 복수의 제2 내부 단자;
상기 복수의 제2 내부 단자에 초음파 용접에 의해 접합된 제2 외부 단자;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양극 단자부와 상기 음극 단자부는 서로 어긋나게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
