Claims (8)
- 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 서로 교대로 배치된 양극 및 음극을 포함하는 리튬 이온 커패시터에 있어서,
상기 양극은 양극 집전체와 상기 양극 집전체의 적어도 일면에 배치되며 탄소/리튬금속산화물의 복합소재로 이루어진 제 1 활물질과 활성탄으로 이루어진 제 2 활물질을 함유한 양극 활물질층을 포함하며,
상기 음극은 음극 집전체와 상기 음극 집전체의 적어도 일면에 배치된 음극 활물질층을 포함하고, 상기 음극 활물질층은 리튬 이온을 프리도핑하고 있는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소는 탄소나노튜브 또는 그라핀(graphene) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질층은 도전재를 더 포함하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 도전재는 카본블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 흑연 및 금속분말 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 음극 활물질층은 천연 흑연, 인조 흑연, 흑연화 탄소섬유 및 난흑연성 카본 및 탄소나노튜브 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 활물질은 상기 제 1 활물질에 비해 1 내지 5배의 중량비를 갖는 리튬 이온 커패시터.
