도 6 및 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 압전 소자의 커버층에 분극이 형성된 경우 압력 방향에 따른 출력 전압의 시뮬레이션 결과.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 압전 소자의 제조 방법을 설명하기 위한 공정 흐름도.

Claims (7)
- 복수의 압전층과 내부 전극층이 교대로 적층되며 일 방향으로 분극이 형성된 압전체; 및
상기 압전체의 상부 및 하부의 적어도 일측에 형성되며, 상기 압전체의 분극 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 분극이 형성된 커버층을 포함하는 압전 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압전체의 대향되는 두 측면에 형성된 제 1 외부 전극; 및
상기 커버층의 대향되는 두 측면에 형성된 제 2 외부 전극을 더 포함하는 압전 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 외부 전극은 동일 측면에 형성되는 압전 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압전체는 압전 전하 계수와 압전 전압 계수가 서로 다른 제 1 및 제 2 압전층이 복수 적층되고, 그 사이에 상기 내부 전극층이 적층된 압전 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 압전층의 어느 하나는 압전 물질에 산화물 첨가제가 첨가되어 상기 압전 전압 계수를 높게 하는 압전 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 압전층은 서로 다른 두께로 적층 형성된 압전 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 압전층은 서로 다른 적층 수로 적층 형성된 압전 소자.
