Claims (9)
- 직렬, 병렬 또는 직렬과 병렬을 조합하여 전기적으로 접속된 복수의 리튬이온 이차전지, 1 또는 복수의 트레이, 및 외장체를 포함하고,
상기 리튬이온 이차전지는, 음극 활물질로서 합금계 음극 활물질을 함유하는 전극군을 포함하고, 밀봉면을 가지며,
상기 트레이는, 전지 얹어놓음부와 측벽부를 포함하고, 상기 전지 얹어놓음부에는 상기 리튬이온 이차전지가 놓여지고, 상기 측벽부는 상기 전지 얹어놓음부의 둘레가장자리로부터 상기 전지 얹어놓음부에 수직인 방향으로 세워지고, 상기 측벽부의 높이가 상기 리튬이온 이차전지의 두께보다 크고, 또한
상기 외장체는, 복수의 상기 리튬이온 이차전지를 얹어놓은 상기 트레이를 수용하는 전지 팩. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉면이 상기 외장체의 둘레가장자리부와 대향하도록, 상기 리튬이온 이차전지가 배치되어 있는 전지 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극군이 권회축을 가지는 권회형 전극군이며, 상기 리튬이온 이차전지의 상기 밀봉면과 상기 권회형 전극군의 권회축이 직교하고 있는 전지 팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 외장체의 상기 둘레가장자리부에서의, 상기 리튬이온 이차전지의 상기 밀봉면 근방 부분에 배기 수단이 설치되어 있는 전지 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차전지의 개수와 상기 트레이의 개수가 동일하고, 1개의 상기 트레이에 1개의 상기 리튬이온 이차전지가 놓여져 있는 전지 팩.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 트레이와 그에 서로 인접한 상기 트레이의 사이에 구분 부재가 설치되어 있는 전지 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합금계 음극 활물질이, 규소를 함유하는 합금계 음극 활물질 및 주석을 함유하는 합금계 음극 활물질로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개인 전지 팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 규소를 함유하는 합금계 음극 활물질이, 규소, 규소 산화물, 규소 질화물, 규소 함유 합금 및 규소 화합물로부터 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개 이상인, 전지 팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 주석을 함유하는 합금계 음극 활물질이, 주석, 주석 산화물, 주석 함유 합금 및 주석 화합물로부터 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개 이상인, 전지 팩.
