Claims (40)
- a) 다공성 입상 담체(porous particulate support)를 탄화수소 용매내에서 탄화수소 가용성 유기마그네슘 프리커서 화합물과 접촉시키는 단계와;b) 상기 탄화수소 가용성 유기-마그네슘 프리커서 화합물을, 하기 식 (I)에 따라 계산된 지방족 또는 방향족 알코올의 몰 당량 EquAlkanol 내지 몰 당량의 15%를 초과하지 않는 양의 지방족 또는 방향족 알코올과 반응시켜, 마그네슘-산소 화합물로 변환시키는 단계와;[상기 식에서,EquAlkanol = 마그네슘-유기 프리커서의 몰량에 대한 지방족 또는 방향족 알카놀의 몰 당량,(mmole MgR/g support) = 입상 고형 담체의 그람당 마그네슘-유기 프리커서의 m몰,wt% (H2O)/support = 고형 담체상에 물리적으로 흡착된 물의 중량% 임]그리고c) 전이 금속 화합물을 다공성 입상 담체와 마그네슘-산소 화합물과 결합시켜서 반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가, 산화 규소, 산화 알루미늄, 산화 마그네슘, 산화 티타늄, 산화 지르코늄, 인산 알루미늄, 규산 알루미늄 및 규산 마그네슘으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 무기 산소 화합물인, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가 10 m2/g 내지 1,000 m2/g의 비표면적을 가지는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가 50 m2/g 내지 700 m2/g의 비표면적을 가지는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가 100 m2/g 내지 600 m2/g의 비표면적을 가지는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가 5 ㎛ 내지 200 ㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가 10 ㎛ 내지 100 ㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가 15 ㎛ 내지 60 ㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 용매가 헥산, 헵탄, 옥탄, 톨루엔 및 에틸벤젠으로부터 선택된 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소인, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 프리커서 화합물이, 디알킬, 디아릴 또는 알킬아릴마그네슘 화합물, 마그네슘알콕시 또는 마그네슘아릴록시 화합물 또는 그리그나르드(Grignard) 화합물을 포함하는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 프리커서 화합물이, 디메틸마그네슘, 디에틸마그네슘, 디-n-프로필마그네슘, 디- 이소프로필마그네슘, 디-n-부틸마그네슘, 디-세크.-부틸마그네슘, 디-터트.- 부틸마그네슘, 디아밀마그네슘, n-부틸에틸마그네슘, n-부틸-세크- 부틸마그네슘, n-부틸옥틸마그네슘, 디페닐마그네슘, 디에톡시마그네슘, 디-n-프로필옥시마그네슘, 디-이소프로필옥시마그네슘, 디-n-부틸옥시마 그네슘, 디-세크.-부틸옥시마그네슘, 디-터트.- 부틸옥시마그네슘, 디아밀옥시마그네슘, n-부틸옥시에톡시마그네슘, n-부틸옥시-세크.-부틸옥시마그네슘, n-부틸옥시옥틸옥시마그네슘 및 디페녹시마그네슘으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그보다 많은 화합물을 포함하는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 프리커서 화합물이, 디에틸마그네슘, n-부틸에틸마그네슘 및 n-부틸옥틸마그네슘으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그보다 많은 화합물들을 포함하는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 프리커서 화합물이, n-부틸마그네슘 염화물, n-부틸마그네슘 브롬화물, 세크- 부틸마그네슘 염화물, 세크.-부틸마그네슘 브롬화물, 터트.- 부틸마그네슘 염화물, 터트.-부틸마그네슘 브롬화물, 아밀마그네슘 염화물, 이소아밀마그네슘 염화물, 헥실마그네슘 염화물, 옥틸마그네슘 염화물, 페닐마그네슘 염화물 및 페닐마그네슘 브롬화물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그보다 많은 화합물들을 포함하는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 프리커서 화합물이 마그네슘 디(C1-C10 알킬) 화합물인, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 알코올이, 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소프로필 알코올, n- 부탄올, 세크.-부탄올, 터트.-부탄올, 이소부틸 알코올, n-헥사놀, n-헵타놀, n- 옥타놀또는 2-에틸헥사놀 및 그 혼합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알코올의 양이, 상기 식 (I)로부터 계산된 EquAlkanol 의 값의 10%를 초과하지 않는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알코올의 양이, 상기 식 (I)로부터 계산된 EquAlkanol 의 값의 2%를 초과하지 않는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 화합물이 티타늄 또는 바나듐의 화합물인, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 화합물이, TiBr3, TiBr4, TiCl3, TiCl4, Ti(OCH3)Cl3, Ti(OC2H5)Cl3, Ti(O-이소-C3H7)Cl3, Ti(O-n-C4H9)Cl3, Ti(OC2H5)Br3, Ti(O- n-C4H9)Br3, Ti(OCH3)2Cl2, Ti(OC2H5)2Cl2, Ti(O-n-C4H9)2Cl2, Ti(OC2H5)2Br2, Ti(OCH3)3Cl, Ti(OC2H5)3Cl, Ti(O-n-C4H9)3Cl, Ti(OC2H5)3Br, Ti(OCH3)4, Ti(OC2H5)4 또는 Ti(O-n-C4H9)4 로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 티타늄 화합물인, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 화합물이, 바나듐 할로겐화물, 바나듐 옥시할로겐화물, 바나듐 알콕사이드 및 바나듐 아세틸아세토네이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 바나듐 화합물인, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기마그네슘 화합물의 다공성 입상 담체에 대한 몰비가 0.1 : 1 내지 1.0 : 1의 범위에 있는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 입상 담체가, 탄화수소 용매내에 유기마그네슘 화합물의 용액이 첨가되는 슬러리를 만들기 위해, 불활성 액체 매질(inert liquid medium)에 현탁되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 전자 도너 화합물을 상기 반응 혼합물과 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 내부 전자 도너 화합물이, X와 Y가 각각 메톡시, 에톡시, n-프로필옥시, 이소프로필옥시, n-부틸옥시, 세크.-부틸옥시 기인, 프탈릭 에스테르들(phthalic esters)로부터 선택되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 프탈릭 에스테르들이, 디에틸 프탈레이트, 디-n-부틸 프탈레이트, 디-이소부틸 프탈레이트, 디-n-펜틸 프탈레이트, 디-n-헥실 프탈레이트, 디-n-헵틸 프탈레이트, 디-n-옥틸 프탈레이트 및 디-2-에틸헥실 프탈레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 내부 전자 도너가, 3- 또는 4-원자의(3- or 4-membered), 치환 또는 미치환 사이클로알칸 1,2-디카르복시산들, 치환 벤조페논 2-카르복시산들 또는 치환 벤조페논 3-카르복시산들의 모노에스테르들의, 하나 또는 그보다 많은 디에스테르들을 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 용매내에 사염화티타늄의 용액을 포함하는 반응 혼합물로부터 고형 촉매 성분을 추출하는 단계와 고형 촉매 성분을 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 지글러-나타 촉매를 제공하기 위해 고형 촉매 성분을 알루미늄 화합물 조촉매와 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물이며, 여기서 알킬기들이 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 각기 1 내지 8의 탄소 원자들을 가지는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물이, 트리메틸알루미늄, 트리에틸알루미늄, 트리-이소부틸알루미늄, 트리옥틸알루미늄 및 메틸디에틸알루미늄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그보다 많은 화합물들을 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 하나의 외부 전자 도너를 상기 고형 촉매 성분과 조합시키는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전자 도너가, 단일 또는 다기능성 카르복시산들, 카르복시 무수물들(carboxylic anhydrides), 카르복시 에스테르들, 케톤들, 에테르들, 알코올들, 락톤들, 유기인 및 실리콘 화합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그보다 많은 화합물을 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전자 도너가 하기 일반식의 유기규소 화합물을 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.R1 nSi(OR2)4-n[상기 식에서, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R1 들은 각각 C1-C10 알킬, 하나의 C6-C18 아릴기 또는 하나의 C6-C18아릴-C1-C10 알킬기로 선택적으로 치환된 하나의 5- 또는 7-원자의(5- or 7-membered) 사이클릭 알킬기, C1-C20 알킬기를 나타내며, 각 R2 는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 하나의 C1-C20 알킬기이며, n은 정수 1, 2, 또는 3임]
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전자 도너가, 디이소프로필디메톡시실란 , 이소부틸이소프로필디메톡시실란 , 디이소부틸디메톡시실란, 디사이클로펜틸디메톡시실란, 사이클로헥실메틸디메톡시실란, 디사이클로헥실디메톡시실란, 이소프로필-터트.-부틸리디메톡시실란, 이소프로필-세크.-부틸리디메톡시실란, 및 이소부틸-세크.-부틸리디메톡시실란으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그보다 많은 화합물을 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매용 고형 촉매 성분의 제조방법.
- a) 미리 정해진 양의 마그네슘 유기 프리커서 화합물을 미리 정해진 양의 입상 고형 담체에 첨가하기 위해 제공하는 단계와;b) 지방족 또는 방향족 알카놀의 몰 당량을 상기 마그네슘 유기 프리커서와 반응시키기 위해 하기 식에 따라 계산하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는, 지글러-나타 촉매의 고형 촉매 성분의 제조를 위해 유기마그네슘 화합물과 반응될 알카놀의 화학량론적 양을 결정하기 위한 방법.[상기 식에서,EquAlkanol = 마그네슘-유기 프리커서의 몰량에 대한 지방족 또는 방향족 알카 놀의 몰 당량,(mmole MgR/g support) = 입상 고형 담체의 그람당 마그네슘-유기 프리커서의 m몰,wt% (H2O)/support = 입상 고형 담체상에 물리적으로 흡착된 물의 중량% 임]
- a) i) 다공성 입상 담체를 탄화수소 용매내에서 탄화수소 가용성 유기마그네슘 프리커서 화합물의 용액과 접촉시키는 단계와;ii) 상기 탄화수소 가용성 유기-마그네슘 프리커서 화합물을 하기 식 (I)에 따라 계산된 지방족 또는 방향족 알코올 몰 당량 EquAlkanol 내지 몰 당량의 15%를 초과하지 않는 양의 지방족 또는 방향족 알코올과 반응시켜서 마그네슘-산소 화합물로 변환시키는 단계와;[상기 식에서,EquAlkanol = 마그네슘-유기 프리커서의 몰량에 대한 지방족 또는 방향족 알카놀의 몰 당량,(mmole MgR/g support) = 입상 고형 담체의 그람당 마그네슘-유기 프리커서의 m몰,wt% (H2O)/support = 고형 담체상에 물리적으로 흡착된 물의 중량% 임]그리고,iii) 전이 금속 화합물을 상기 다공성 입상 담체 및 마그네슘-산소 화합물과 결합시켜서 반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계와;iv) 상기 혼합물을 티타늄 화합물 또는 바나듐 화합물과 반응시켜서 고형 촉매 성분을 형성하는 단계와;v) 상기 고형 촉매 성분을 회수하는 단계와;vi) 상기 고형 촉매 성분을 유기 알루미늄 조촉매와 결합시켜서 지글러-나타 촉매를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 따라 지글러-나타 촉매를 제공하는 단계와; 그리고b) 중합 반응 조건하에서 하나 이상의 올레핀을 상기 지글러-나타 촉매와 접촉시켜서 중합체 생성물을 제공하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는, 하나 이상의 올레핀의 중합방법.
- 제37항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부트-1-엔(but-1-ene), 펜트-1-엔(pent-1-ene), 헥스-1-엔(hex-1-ene), 헵트-1-엔(hept-1-ene), 옥트-1-엔(oct-1-ene), 논-1-엔(non-1-ene), 데크-1-엔(dec-1-ene) 및 4-메틸펜트-l-엔으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 올레핀의 중합방법.
- 제37항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 올레핀이, 프로필렌과 10 까지의 탄소 원자들을 갖는 알크-1-엔(alk-1-ene)을 포함하여 구성되는, 하나 이상의 올레핀의 중합방법.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 생성물이 필름, 시트, 화이버 또는 몰딩으로 성형되는, 하나 이상의 올레핀의 중합방법.
