- 삭제
- 밀폐용기 내에, 냉매를 압축하는 압축기구부와, 상기 압축기구부를 크랭크축을 통하여 구동하는 전동기를 수납하는 로터리 압축기에 있어서,상기 압축기구부는,상기 크랭크축을 회전 자유롭게 지지하는 2개의 축받이와,상기 2개의 축받이의 사이에 설치되는 실린더이며, 상기 크랭크축에 회전 자유롭게 감합하는 피스톤에 의해 상기 냉매를 압축하는 적어도 하나의 실린더와,상기 2개의 축받이와 상기 적어도 하나의 실린더를 체결하는 체결용 부재 및 체결용 볼트를 구비하고,상기 2개의 축받이의 한쪽에는, 축방향으로 관통하는 부착용 구멍이 마련되고,상기 2개의 축받이의 다른 쪽에는, 축방향으로 관통하는 구멍이 마련되고,상기 적어도 하나의 실린더에는, 축방향으로 관통하는 나사구멍부가 마련되고,상기 체결용 부재는,(1) 체결구의 회전력을 전달하기 위한 머리부와,(2) 상기 부착용 구멍보다 지름이 크고, 상기 머리부가 세워지는 좌면부와,(3) 상기 부착용 구멍보다 지름이 작고, 상기 좌면부로부터 상기 머리부의 반대측에 세워지고, 상기 부착용 구멍에 삽입되는 목부와,(4) 상기 목부보다 지름이 작고, 상기 목부에 연결하고, 상기 나사구멍부에 나사체결되는 숫나사부와,(5) 상기 머리부와 상기 목부의 내측에서 적어도 상기 머리부를 포함하는 부분에, 상기 숫나사부와 동축으로 천공된 암나사부와,(6) 상기 암나사부보다 지름이 크고, 상기 목부와 상기 숫나사부의 내측에서 적어도 상기 목부의 일부와 상기 숫나사부를 포함하는 부분에, 상기 숫나사부와 동축으로 천공된 내경 릴리스부를 구비하고,상기 체결용 볼트는, 상기 2개의 축받이의 다른 쪽에 마련된 구멍, 상기 나사구멍부, 상기 체결용 부재의 상기 내경 릴리스부를 통하여, 상기 체결용 부재의 상기 암나사부에 나사체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 체결용 부재의 상기 숫나사부에 의해 발생하고 있는 축력(軸力)은, 상기 체결용 볼트의 축력보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기.
