Claims (9)
- 프레임;상기 프레임 상에 구성되어 캠 샤프트를 회전시키는 회전유닛;상기 회전유닛에 대응하여 상기 프레임에 상하 방향으로 고정되게 설치되는 작동 실린더;상기 작동 실린더의 작동 로드에 결합되며, 상기 작동 실린더의 작동으로서 상하 방향으로 승강 가능하게 설치되는 승강부재;상기 캠 샤프트의 캠들에 대응하여 상기 승강부재에 고정되게 설치되는 복수의 실린더부재들;상기 각 실린더부재의 내부 공간에서 돌출하여 상하 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 이동 로드;상기 각 실린더부재의 내부 공간에 설치되어 상기 이동 로드에 탄성력을 제공하는 스프링; 및상기 이동 로드의 돌출 단부에 전후, 좌우 방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 블록 형태로서 상기 캠의 가장자리부를 디버링 하는 디버링 툴을 포함하되,상기 디버링 툴은 상기 캠의 가장자리부와 접촉하는 브이(V)자 형상의 디버링 홈을 형성하고, 상기 디버링 홈의 표면에 격자 형상의 세레이션(serration)을 형성하는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 디버링 툴은 볼 조인트를 통해 상기 이동 로드의 돌출 단부에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 이동 로드는,상기 각 실린더부재의 내부에 배치되며, 외주면에 걸림 돌기를 형성하고 있는 로드 몸체와,상기 로드 몸체의 단부에 구성되어 상기 디버링 툴을 장착하기 위한 장착부를 포함하는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 장착부는 상기 로드 몸체의 단부에 일체로서 형성되는 제1 부분과, 볼트를 통해 상기 제1 부분과 결합하는 제2 부분으로 구성되며,상기 볼 조인트는 상기 제1 및 제2 부분 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 부분은 상기 볼 조인트를 장착하기 위한 장착홈이 각각 형성되며,상기 볼 조인트는 상기 제1 및 제2 부분이 서로 합쳐지며 상기 장착홈에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 볼 조인트는,상기 이동 로드의 돌출 단부에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 볼부재와, 상기 볼부재에 일체로서 형성되어 상기 디버링 툴에 끼워지는 볼 로드를 포함하는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 볼 조인트는 상기 장착홈에 배치되는 볼부재와, 상기 볼부재에 일체로서 형성되어 상기 디버링 툴에 끼워지는 볼 로드를 포함하며,상기 장착홈은 상기 제1 및 제2 부분에 형성되어 상기 볼부재를 지지하는 제1 홈과, 상기 제1 홈과 연결되어 상기 볼 로드를 지지하는 제2 홈으로 이루어지는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
- 제7 항에 있어서,상기 디버링 툴은 상기 볼 로드가 끼워지는 결합홈이 형성되는 캠 샤프트용 디버링 장치.
