Claims (8)
- 유로가 형성된 밸브 몸체(100)와;
형상유지부재가 내삽된 환형체의 고무시트(200)와;
상기 밸브 몸체(100)의 유로를 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 것으로, 측면을 따라 상기 고무시트(200)가 끼워지는 끼임홈(310)이 형성되는 밸브 디스크(300)와;
상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 가장자리 일부가 분리됨으로써, 상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 가장자리에는 호형 결합공간(320)이 형성되고 이로 인해, 분리생성되는 호형 결합편(330)과;
상기 밸브 디스크(300)에 축결합되는 밸브축(400)과;
상기 밸브축(400)과 맞물려 상기 밸브 디스크(300)가 개방 및 폐쇄되도록 회전력을 제공하는 구동부(500);로 이루어지되, 상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 끼임홈(310)에 상기 고무시트(200)를 끼운 상태에서, 상기 호형 결합편(330)을 상기 호형 결합편(330)의 분리에 의해 상기 밸브 디스크(300)에 형성된 호형 결합공간(320)에 안착시켜 고정시키고,
상기 고무시트(200)에 내삽된 형상유지부재는 환형체의 봉(210)이거나 환형체의 코일스프링(220) 중 어느 하나이며,
상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 끼임홈(310)에 접촉되는 곳인 상기 고무시트(200)의 단면형상은 상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 끼임홈(310)의 형상에 대응되는 형상을 갖고,
상기 호형 결합편(330)의 두께(T)는 상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 전면에서 상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 측면에 형성된 끼임홈(310)의 바닥면의 일부까지이며,
상기 호형 결합편(330)과 상기 밸브 디스크(300) 간의 고정은 볼트(340)를 통해 이루어지고, 상기 호형 결합편(330)의 전측면에 체결되는 상기 볼트(340)에는 마개(350)가 끼워지고,
상기 밸브 디스크(300)에 형성된 호형 결합공간(320)은 상기 밸브 몸체(100)의 유로를 통해 유동되는 유동체에 닿는 것을 최소화되도록 상기 밸브 디스크(300)의 상부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러버형 메탈 버터플라이 밸브. - 삭제
