Claims (8)
- 내부에 바디시트(4)가 형성된 바디(5); 상기 바디(5)의 내부에 회전되게 설치되고, 단부 가장자리 둘레에 통쇠로 된 디스크시트링(1)이 설치되어, 상기 바디시트(4)에 접촉되는 디스크(3);로 구성된 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서, 상기 디스크시트링(1)은 상부면과 동일하게 측방으로 시트돌조(6)가 돌출되게 형성되고, 상부면에 한 개 이상의 탄성링(7)이 설치된 설치홈(8)이 형성되며; 상기 디스크(3)의 단부 가장자리 둘레에는 디스크시트링설치홈(9)이 형성되며; 상기 디스크시트링설치홈(9)에는 상기 디스크시트링(1)이 설치되어, 체결구(10)에 의해 디스크(3)에 체결된 체결링(11)으로 고정되며; 상기 시트돌조(6)의 상부에는 디스크(3)와 일정 공간을 이룬 이동공간(12a)이 형성되고, 하부에는 체결링(11)과 일정 공간을 이룬 이동공간(12b)이 형성됨;을 특징으로 하는 고기능 메탈시트 버터플라이 밸브.
- 삭제
- 내부에 바디시트링(2)이 돌출되게 설치된 바디(5); 상기 바디(5)의 내부에 회전되게 설치되고, 단부 가장자리 둘레에 통쇠로 된 디스크시트링(1)이 설치되어 상기 바디시트링(2)에 접촉되는 디스크(3);로 구성된 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서, 상기 디스크시트링(1)은 상부면과 동일하게 측방으로 시트돌조(6)가 돌출되게 형성되고, 상부면에 한 개 이상의 탄성링(7)이 설치된 설치홈(8)이 형성되며; 상기 디스크(3)의 단부 가장자리 둘레에는 디스크시트링설치홈(9)이 형성되며; 상기 디스크시트링설치홈(9)에는 상기 디스크시트링(1)이 설치되어, 체결구(10)에 의해 디스크(3)에 체결된 체결링(11)으로 고정되며; 상기 시트돌조(6)의 상부에는 디스크(3)와 일정 공간을 이룬 이동공간(12a)이 형성되고, 하부에는 체결링(11)과 일정 공간을 이룬 이동공간(12b)이 형성됨;을 특징으로 하는 고기능 메탈시트 버터플라이 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 바디시트(4)와 디스크시트링(1)의 접촉부에는 각각 경질 금속이 용접으로 육성된 구조임을 특징으로 하는 고기능 메탈시트 버터플라이 밸브.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서, 바디시트링(2)과 디스크시트링(1)의 접촉부에는 각각 경질 금속이 용접으로 육성된 구조임을 특징으로 하는 고기능 메탈시트 버터플라이 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 바디시트(4)는 뾰족하게 형성되어, 디스크시트링(1)과 선접촉됨을 특징으로 하는 고기능 메탈시트 버터플라이 밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 바디시트링(2)은 뾰족하게 형성되어, 디스크(3)의 단부 또는 디스크시트링(1)과 선접촉됨을 특징으로 하는 고기능 메탈시트 버터플라이 밸브.
