Claims (6)
- 애노드 및 캐소드로 이루어지는 1 쌍의 전극; 및
상기 1 쌍의 전극 사이에 배치되고, 발광층, 상기 발광층과 접촉하는 홀수송층, 및 상기 발광층과 접촉하는 전자수송층을 가지는 적어도 3층으로 구성되는 유기 청색발광소자로서,
상기 발광층에 적어도 호스트 재료와 발광성 도펀트 재료가 함유되고;
상기 호스트 재료의 최저공궤도 에너지 ELH와 상기 발광성 도펀트 재료의 최저공궤도 에너지 ELD가,
ELH - ELD ≥ 0.15 eV
의 관계를 만족시키고;
상기 호스트 재료의 최고피점궤도 에너지 EHH와 상기 발광성 도펀트 재료의 최고피점궤도 에너지 EHD가,
EHH - EHD > 0 eV
의 관계를 만족시키고;
상기 호스트 재료의 전자이동도가 상기 호스트 재료의 홀이동도보다 크고;
상기 전자 수송층을 구성하는 전자수송재료의 에너지갭이 3.00 eV보다 크고;
상기 홀수송층을 구성하는 홀수송재료의 에너지갭이 3.15 eV보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 유기청색 발광소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 호스트 재료의 에너지갭이 상기 발광성 도펀트 재료의 에너지갭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 유기청색 발광소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 호스트 재료의 전자이동도 μH가 1 × 10-4cm2/Vs 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기청색 발광소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발광층의 전자 이동도 μH와 상기 호스트 재료의 전자 이동도 μH가
μE/μH ≤ 0.1
의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기청색 발광소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발광성 도펀트 재료가 플루오란텐 골격을 가지는 화합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기청색 발광소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 호스트 재료가 피렌 골격을 가지는 화합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기청색 발광소자.
