Claims (2)
- 모듈레이터블록(56)에 인렛 솔레노이드밸브(52)와 아웃렛 솔레노이드밸브(100)가 설치되되, 마스터실린더(50)에 공급되는 유압이 상기 인렛 솔레노이드밸브(52)로 인가되도록 상기 모듈레이터블록(56)에 형성된 제1유로(58)와, 상기 아웃렛 솔레노이드밸브(100)와 저압 어큐물레이터(54)를 연결하도록 상기 모듈레이터블록(56)에 형성된 제2유로(60)와, 상기 인렛 솔레노이드밸브(52)와 상기 아웃렛 솔레노이드밸브(100)를 연결하는 제3유로(63)를 포함하는 브레이크시스템용 솔레노이드밸브에 있어서,상기 아웃렛 솔레노이드밸브(100)는,길이방향으로 중공(115)이 형성된 밸브하우징(110)과, 상기 밸브하우징(110)의 상부에 위치하며 단부에 구체(125)가 설치된 아마츄어(120)와, 상기 밸브하우징(110)의 중공(115)에 압입 설치되며 상기 구체(125)에 의해 개폐되는 제1오리피스(165)가 형성된 밸브시트(160)와, 상기 밸브하우징(110)의 하부에 압입 설치되며 인렛유로(171) 및 아웃렛유로(175)가 형성된 필터시트(170)를 포함하며,상기 필터시트(170)의 인렛유로(171)는 상기 제3유로(63)와 연결되도록 상기 필터시트(170)의 반경방향으로 형성되고,상기 필터시트(170)에는 길이방향으로 관통되게 형성되어 상기 제1오리피스(165)와 상기 인렛유로(171)를 연결하는 중심유로(173)가 형성되고,상기 밸브하우징(110)의 중공(115)과 상기 밸브시트(160)의 사이에는 상기 밸브하우징(110)의 길이방향으로 형성된 연결유로(161)가 형성되고,상기 필터시트(170)의 아웃렛유로(175)는 상기 필터시트(170)의 길이방향으로 형성되어 상기 연결유로(161)와 상기 제2유로(60)를 연결하며,상기 중심유로(173)의 하단에는 상기 중심유로(173)를 통해 유입되는 유체의 흐름 속도를 제한하기 위한 제2오리피스(174)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브.
