Claims (8)
- 금속판의 양면에 형성한 화성 피막(chemical conversion coating) 및상기 화성 피막의 어느 일방 상에 형성한 도막으로서, 폴리에스텔계 (polyester-series) 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 아크릴계 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 베이스 수지 a1 과; 나일론계 수지 비즈(resin beads), 불소계 수지 비즈 및 우레탄계 수지 비즈로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지 비즈 a2 와; 카르나우바 왁스 (carnauba wax), 폴리에틸렌 왁스 및 마이크로크리스탈린 (microcrystalline) 왁스로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 윤활제 a3 을 함유하는 도막 A를 구비하고,상기 도막 A 의 표면에 있어서, 산술 평균 거칠기 (mean deviation) Ra 가 가 0.3~4.5㎛이며, 윤곽 곡선 요소의 평균 길이(輪郭曲線要素の平均長さ) RSm 이 105~280㎛이며, 도막 A의 도막 두께에 대한 수지 비즈 a2의 평균 입경의 비가 2.0~3.0의 범위에 있고, 상기 수지 비즈 a2가 베이스 수지 a1 에 대해 3 ~ 20 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지 비즈 a2를 나일론계 수지 비즈로 하고, 상기 도막 A의 표면에의 산술 평균 거칠기 Ra를 3.0~4.5㎛로 하며, 윤곽 곡선 요소의 평균 길이 RSm이 200~280㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 비즈 a2를 불소계 수지 비즈로 하고, 상기 도막 A의 표면에서의 산술평균 거칠기 Ra를 0.3~0.6㎛로 하며, 윤곽 곡선 요소의 평균 길이 RSm이 200~220㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지 비즈 a2를 우레탄계 수지 비즈로 하고, 상기 도막 A의 표면에서의 산술 평균 거칠기 Ra를 1.0~2.5㎛로 하며, 윤곽 곡선 요소의 평균 길이 RSm이 105~250㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 Ra와 RSm이, 200≤RSm+73×Ra≤350의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도막 A의 표면의 1mm2 당 35개 이상의 수지 비즈 a2로 이루어지는 응집체를 4개 이하 존재시키고, 상기 도막 A의 표면에의 동마찰(動摩擦) 계수가 0.15 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화성 피막의 타방 상에 형성된 수지 피막으로서, 폴리에스텔계 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 아크릴계 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 베이스 수지 b1과; 비늘조각형상의 Ni필러 및 사슬(鎖)형상 Ni필러로 이루어지는 Ni필러 b2와; 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 카르나우바 왁스 및 마이크로크리스탈린 왁스로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 윤활제 b3을 함유하고, 상기 Ni 필러 b2가 상기 수지 고형분에 대한 중량비로 10~70%이며, 상기 윤활제 b3가 수지 고형분에 대한 중량비로 1~5%이며, 0.2~2.0㎛의 두께를 가지는 도전성 수지피막 B를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화성 피막의 타방 상에 형성된 수지 피막으로서, 불소계 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 폴리에스텔계 수지, 아크릴계 수지 및 우레탄계 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 베이스 수지 c1과; 적어도 그라파이트 (graphite)를 포함한 방열재 c2와; 적어도 니켈 충진재 (filler)필러를 포함한 도전재 c3을 함유하는 방열성이나 도전성의 수지피막 C를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬롯인 드라이브 케이스용 프레코트 금속판.
