Claims (7)
- 루프를 포함하는 단위 셀들이 서로 일정 간격으로 배열된 주파수 선택 반사기(FSS) 구조에 있어서,상기 단위셀은,제1 유전체 층과, 상기 제1유전체 층의 유전율과 다른 유전율을 갖는 제2유전체 층으로 구성되는 유전체 층과, 일정 폭을 가지면서 상기 제2유전체 층의 상부에 형성된 루프를 포함하며,상기 루프는 제1 루프와, 상기 제1 루프의 내측에 일정 간격 떨어져 형성된 제2 루프를 포함하되,상기 제1 루프 및 상기 제2 루프는 적어도 일부분이 꼬불꼬불하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 주파수 대역용 주파수 선택 반사기 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 루프 및 상기 제2 루프는, 일정 폭의 도체 박막을 제거하여 슬롯 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 주파수 대역용 주파수 선택 반사기 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 루프 및 상기 제2 루프는, 상기 제2유전체 층의 상부 전체에 형성된 도체 박막이 반사할 주파수에 대응하는 루프 형상이 되도록 도체 박막을 제거하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 주파수 대역용 주파수 선택 반사기 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 루프 및 상기 제2 루프는, 사각형의 형상을 가지며, 네 변의 일부를 꼬불꼬불하게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 주파수 대역용 주파수 선택 반사기 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서,기본파만 전파하고 산란 고조파를 생성하지 않도록 하기 위해, 상기 단위셀의 크기는 복수의 주파수 중 가장 높은 주파수의 파장의 1/2보다 작은 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 주파수 대역용 주파수 선택 반사기 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 루프와 상기 제2 루프 간의 간격과, 각 루프의 폭과 각 루프의 변 길이와 각 루프를 꼬불꼬불하게 만드는 값에 의해 주파수의 반사 및 투과 특성이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 주파수 대역용 주파수 선택 반사기 구조.
