Claims (13)
- 보호회로기판과, 상기 보호회로기판에 실장되는 보호회로부품을 포함하는 이차전지용 보호회로모듈에 있어서,상기 보호회로기판 상에 상기 보호회로부품의 적어도 일부가 삽입되는 수용부를 형성하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 보호회로모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수용부는 상기 보호회로부품의 전체가 삽입되는 깊이로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 보호회로모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수용부는 상기 보호회로기판에 홈의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 보호회로모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수용부는 상기 보호회로기판에 홀의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 보호회로모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로부품은 상기 수용부의 내부에 뒤집힌 상태로 삽입되어 상기 보호회로기판에 실장된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 보호회로모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로부품은 상기 보호회로기판에 솔더링된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지용 보호회로모듈.
- 음극판, 세퍼레이터, 양극판을 포함하는 전극조립체, 상기 전극조립체 및 전해질을 수용하는 케이스를 포함하는 베어셀과;상기 베어셀의 일면에 결합되어 과충전 및 과방전으로부터 전지를 보호하기 위한 보호회로부품이 구비된 보호회로기판을 포함하는 보호회로모듈;을 포함하고,상기 보호회로모듈의 보호회로부품은 상기 보호회로기판에 형성된 수용부에 삽입되어 설치되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 수용부는 상기 보호회로기판에 홈의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 수용부는 상기 보호회로기판에 홀의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로부품은 상기 수용부의 내부에 뒤집힌 상태로 삽입되어 상기 보호회로기판에 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로부품은 상기 보호회로기판에 솔더링된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 각형의 캔으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 파우치로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
