Claims (5)
- 시료액이 수용되는 원통 형상의 테스터 용기와, 상기 테스터 용기의 하부에서 상기 테스터 용기와 일체로 설치되는 테스터 본체로 구성되며,상기 테스터 용기는,시료액이 수용되는 용기본체와,상기 용기본체에 얹혀 놓여지며 용기본체와 맞닿는 부분의 저면에는 밀봉재가 설치되어 있는 덮개부와,일끝단이 상기 용기본체의 상단에서 개방되며 타끝단이 상기 용기본체의 저면을 관통하여 상기 테스터 본체의 진공라인에 연결되는 가이드관을 구비하며,상기 테스터 본체는상기 진공라인에 연결되는 진공펌프와,상기 진공펌프를 구동하여 상기 테스터 용기 내의 진공압을 원하는 진공압으로 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀도시험기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 덮개부의 하부측에는 상기 덮개부의 저면에 연결되는 누름부가 더욱 설치되며,상기 누름부는, 상기 덮개부의 저면에 연결되는 복수의 연결로드와, 상기 연 결로드에 연결되며 상기 용기본체의 내경보다 작은 직경을 가지며 복수의 관통홀이 형성된 누름판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀도시험기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,미리 설정된 압력에 도달할 때까지 압력센서로부터 인가된 신호를 감지하여 솔레노이드 밸브를 개방하고 상기 진공펌프를 구동하며, 설정된 압력에 도달한 후에는 미리 설정된 시간 동안에 상기 압력센서로부터 인가된 신호를 감지하여 상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 개폐하고 상기 진공펌프를 구동하여 상기 테스터 용기 내부의 압력을 일정하게 유지하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀도시험기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용기본체의 바닥부 및 상기 테스터 본체의 상부를 관통하여 상기 테스터 본체의 외측으로 돌출형성되는 배출파이프와, 상기 배출파이프에 설치되는 개폐밸브로 구성되는 배출부를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀도시험기.
