Claims (6)
- 차량의 구동원으로부터의 구동력을 해당 차량의 운전 상태에 응하여 좌우륜 회전축에 배분하는 좌우 구동력 배분 장치로서,상기 구동원으로부터의 구동력을, 차량의 좌우륜 회전축의 회전차를 허용하면서, 해당 좌우륜 회전축에 전달 가능한 차동 수단과,상기 차동 수단에 대해 상기 좌우륜 회전축의 축선과 동축상에 배치됨과 함께, 상기 좌우륜 회전축에 전달되는 구동력의 해당 전달 상태를 제어하여 해당 좌우륜 회전축에의 구동력 배분을 조정 가능한 좌우 구동력 조정 수단과,상기 차동 수단에 대해 상기 좌우륜 회전축의 축선과 동축상에 배치됨과 함께, 상기 차동 수단에 제한 토오크를 작용시켜서 상기 좌우륜 회전축의 회전차를 제한 가능한 차동 제한 수단과,상기 차동 수단, 상기 좌우 구동력 조정 수단, 상기 차동 제한 수단을 수납하는 본체 케이스를 구비하고,상기 본체 케이스는, 상기 차동 수단과 상기 차동 제한 수단 사이에 마련되는 격벽부와, 상기 차동 수단과 상기 좌우 구동력 조정 수단 사이에 마련되는 벽부를 가지며,해당 벽부는 해당 차동 수단과 해당 차동 제한 수단과 해당 격벽부를 수납하는 일영역측과 해당 좌우 구동력 조정 수단을 수납하는 타영역측을 액밀하게 구획하여 해당 일영역 내 및 해당 타영역 내에 각각 다른 오일이 저류된 것을 특징으로 하는 좌우 구동력 배분 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 격벽부에는, 해당 격벽부의 일측면으로부터 상기 좌우륜 회전축의 축선 방향 또한 축지름 방향으로 늘어난 리브부가 복수 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌우 구동력 배분 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 차동 제한 수단은, 계합함으로써 상기 차동 수단에 제한 토오크를 작용시키는 마찰 클러치부를 갖고 있고,해당 마찰 클러치부는, 가압 수단에 의해 상기 좌우륜 회전축의 축선 방향의 타측부터 일측을 향하여 가압됨으로써 계합하는 것이고, 해당 마찰 클러치부의 일측면은 상기 격벽부의 타측면과 맞대어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌우 구동력 배분 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 벽부는, 상기 좌우륜 회전축이 관통 가능한 축구멍을 가지며,상기 축구멍에 상기 일영역측 및 타영역측을 액밀하게 밀봉하는 실(seal) 부재가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌우 구동력 배분 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 벽부는, 상기 좌우륜 회전축 방향에 있어서 상기 좌우 구동력 조정 수단측부터 상기 차동 수단 방향으로 팽창하여 나오도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌우 구동력 배분 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,차량의 구동원으로부터의 구동력를 상기 차동 수단에 전달하는 전달축을 구비하고,상기 벽부는, 상기 좌우륜 회전축 방향에 있어서 상기 전달축의 위치까지 덮도록, 상기 좌우 구동력 조정 수단측부터 상기 차동 수단 방향으로 팽창하여 나와 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동력 배분 장치.
