Claims (6)
- 다음의 성분(A) 및 (B):(A) Ti, Zr, 및 Hf로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소의 산화물 및/또는 수산화물(B) Al 원소를 함유하는 표면처리 피막층을 금속재료의 표면에 갖는 표면처리 금속재료로서,상기 표면처리 피막층에 있어서, 상기 성분(A)의 상기 금속 원소의 합계 부착량 A에 대한 상기 성분(B)의 Al 원소의 부착량 B의 질량비인 K1=B/A가, 0.001≤K1≤2인 표면처리 금속재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분(B)인 Al 원소가 AlCl3, Al2(SO4)3, Al(NO3)3, Al(OH)3, Al2O3, AlF3, AlPO4, Al(H2PO4)3, Na3AlO3, NaAlO2, Na[Al(OH)4], Na3AlF6, AlBr3, AlI3, KAl(SO4)2·12H2O 및 AlN으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 무기물 유래인 표면처리 금속재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합계 부착량 A와 상기 부착량 B의 합계 부착량이 20~1000 ㎎/㎡인 표면처리 금속재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 다음의 성분(C):(C) Zn, Ca, 및 Mg로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소를 함유하는 표면처리 피막층을 금속재료의 표면에 갖는 표면처리 금속재료로서,상기 표면처리 피막층에 있어서, 상기 합계 부착량 A에 대한 상기 성분(C)의 상기 금속 원소의 합계 부착량 C의 질량비인 K2=C/A가 0<K2≤1인 표면처리 금속재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 다음의 성분(D):(D) 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리(메타)아크릴산, 아크릴산과 메타크릴산과의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 (메타)아크릴산 또는 (메타)아크릴레이트인 아크릴계 단량체와의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 초산비닐과의 공중합체, 폴리우레탄, 아미노 변성 페놀 수지, 폴리비닐아민, 폴리알릴아민, 폴리에스테르 수지, 에폭시 수지, 키토산 및 그의 화합물, 타닌 및 타닌산과 그의 염, 피틴산, 및 나프탈렌설폰산 중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 고분자화합물을 함유하는 표면처리 피막층을 금속재료의 표면에 갖는 표면처리 금속재료로서,상기 표면처리 피막층에 있어서, 상기 합계 부착량 A에 대한 상기 성분(D)의 상기 고분자화합물의 합계 부착량 D의 질량비인 K3=D/A가 0<K3≤1인 표면처리 금속재료.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리 피막층은,Ti, Zr, 및 Hf로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 원소(a), Al 원소(b) 및 불소 원소(e)를 함유하되,상기 금속 원소(a)의 농도가 5~5000 ppm이며,상기 금속 원소(a)에 대한 상기 불소 원소(e)의 몰농도의 비가 6 이상이고,또한, 상기 불소 원소(e)에 대한 상기 Al 원소(b)의 몰농도의 비가 0.05~1.0인 수용액을, 상기 금속재료의 상기 표면에 접촉시켜서 얻어지는 것인 표면처리 금속재료.
