Claims (3)
- 상류로부터 연도의 일측면에 일정 간격으로 다수개의 가스측정공(21)을 구비한 상류가스측정부(2), 연도의 일측면에 일정 간격으로 다수개의 유속측정공(31)을 구비한 유속측정부(3), 다수개의 분출공(41)들이 가로 세로 일정 간격으로 격자형태로 배치된 부위로서 각각의 분출공(41)은 공급관(42)으로 암모니아탱크와 연결되고 공급관(42)에는 조절밸브(43)가 구비되어 있어서 분출공으로 분출되는 암모니아의 량을 조절할 수 있게 구성되는 암모니아분사부(4), 질소산화물이 암모니아와 반응하여 질소 기체와 수증기로 변하는 반응이 일어나는 촉매반응층(5), 그리고 연도의 일측면에 일정 간격으로 다수개의 가스측정공(61)을 구비하고 연소설비의 가동 중에 상시적으로 연소가스의 질을 측정하여 모니터링하기 위한 가스감지센서인 고정가스감지센서(64)가 구비되는 하류가스측정부(6)가 순차적으로 배열된 연도(1)가 있는 가스배출장치에서, 다음의 단계를 순차적으로 수행하여 연소가스 중의 NOx를 제거하는, 암모니아 튜닝방법.제1단계 : 상기 가스배출장치가 있는 설비를 정상적으로 가동하면서, 상류가스측정부(2)와 유속측정부(3)에서 연도의 단면 여러 부위의 연소가스의 질과 유속을 측정하는, 유입가스측정단계;제2단계 : 상기 유입가스측정단계에서 측정한 연소가스의 질과 유속을 바탕으로 암모니아분사부(4)의 각 분출공(41)으로 분사하여야 할 암모니아의 유량을 계산하고, 이를 바탕으로 각 분출공(41)에 연결된 공급관(42)에 구비된 각각의 조절밸브(43)의 개도를 조정하여, 연도(1) 내부의 단면 여러 부위에 암모니아를 분사하는, 초기튜닝단계;제3단계 : 상기 초기튜닝단계를 수행한 후, 하류가스측정부(6)에서 연도의 단면 여러 부위의 연소가스의 질을 측정하는, 유출가스측정단계;제4단계 : 상기 유출가스측정단계에서 측정한 연소가스의 질을 바탕으로 암모니아분사부(4)의 각 분출공(41)으로 분출하여야 할 암모니아의 유량조절량을 계산하고, 이를 바탕으로 각 분출공(41)에 연결된 공급관(42)에 구비된 각각의 조절밸브(43)의 개도를 수정하는, 중간튜닝단계;제5단계 : 상기 제3단계와 제4단계를 반복하여, 연도로 배출되는 연소가스의 질이 규제기준을 만족하도록 각각의 조절밸브(43)들의 개도를 결정하는, 최종튜닝단계;제6단계 : 상기 최종튜닝단계가 종료된 후, 하류가스측정부(6)의 연도 단면 중에서 연소가스 중의 NOx농도가 평균농도를 나타내는 지점에 고정가스감지센서(64)를 설치하는, 고정가스측정점설정단계;
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제5단계의 최종튜닝단계는, 하류가스측정부(6)에서 연도의 단면 여러 부위에서 측정한 NOx 농도의 표준편차가 평균값의 20%범위 내에 들도록 암모니아 튜닝을 하는, 최종튜닝단계인 것을 특징으로 하는,암모니아 튜닝방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제3단계의 유출가스측정단계는, 하류가스측정부(6)에서 연도의 단면 여러 부위에서 일정시간 동안의 평균 가스 질을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는,암모니아 튜닝방법.
