Claims (9)
- 각각의 일면이 대향되는 제 1, 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판 일면 가장자리를 따라 형성되고, 일측에 봉지제로 폐변되는 액정주입구가 개구된 씰패턴과;상기 제 2 기판 가장자리를 따라 상기 씰패턴과 제 2 기판을 연결하면서, 상기 액정주입구에 대응하는 영역에 상기 액정주입구보다 같거나 작은 개구부가 형성된 단차보상패턴과;상기 씰패턴이 정의하는 영역 내에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 액정패널은,상기 액정주입구와 개구부 내에서 상기 제 1, 2 기판을 연결하는 적어도 하나 이상의 실런트 재질의 주입구댐과;상기 제 1 기판 일면 상에 서로 종횡하도록 배열되는 다수의 게이트배선 및 데이터배선과;반도체 물질의 캐리어이동통로를 가지고, 상기 게이트배선과 데이터배선이 교차점에 형성되는 박막트랜지스터를 더욱 포함하고,상기 단차보상패턴은,상기 캐리어이동통로와 동일공정에서 동일물질로 형성되는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 각각의 일면이 대향되는 제 1, 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판 일면 가장자리를 따라 형성되고, 일측에 봉지제로 폐변되는 액정주입구가 개구된 씰패턴과;상기 제 2 기판 가장자리를 따라 상기 씰패턴과 제 2 기판을 연결하면서, 상기 액정주입구에 대응하는 부분이 상기 봉지제의 주입방향과 직교하는 방향으로 형성된 단차보상패턴과;상기 씰패턴이 정의하는 영역 내에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 액정패널은,상기 액정주입구 내에서 상기 단차보상패턴과 제 2 기판을 연결하는 적어도 하나 이상의 실런트 재질의 주입구댐과;상기 제 1 기판 일면 상에 서로 종횡하도록 배열되는 다수의 게이트배선 및 데이터배선과;반도체 물질의 캐리어이동통로를 가지고, 상기 게이트배선과 데이터배선이 교차점에 형성되는 박막트랜지스터를 더욱 포함하고,상기 단차보상패턴은,상기 캐리어이동통로와 동일공정에서 동일물질로 형성되는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 단차보상패턴은 각각 상기 제 2 기판의 가장자리로부터 중심을 향해 점차로 작아지도록 배열되는 적어도 두 개 이상의 띠 형상을 가지는 액정표시장치용 액정패널
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 적어도 두 개 이상의 띠 형상을 갖는 단차보상패턴은 각각 상기 제 2 기판의 내, 외측 방향으로 지그재그 절곡된 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 단차보상패턴은,상기 액정주입구에 대응되는 영역에 상기 액정주입구보다 작은 폭을 가지는 적어도 하나 이상의 개구부를 더욱 포함하는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 단차보상패턴은 각각 상기 제 2 기판의 가장자리로부터 중심을 향해 점차로 작아지도록 배열되는 적어도 두 개 이상의 띠 형상을 가지는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 적어도 두 개 이상의 띠 형상을 갖는 단차보상패턴은 각각 상기 제 2 기판의 내, 외측 방향으로 지그재그 절곡된 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
