- 모오스 경도 4.5 이상을 가지는 무기물 및 모오스 경도 4.5 이상을 가지는 성분을 50중량% 이상 함유하는 모오스 경도 4.5 미만을 가지는 무기물로부터 선택되는 한가지 이상의 무기물로 구성된 연삭재,상기 연삭재 이외의 섬유기재, 결합재, 유기충전재 및 상기 연삭재 이외의 무기충전재를 포함하는 조성물을 성형 및 경화함으로써 제조된 비석면계 마찰재로서,여기에서 유기물의 총량 및 연삭재의 총량은 체적비로 1.5/1 내지 3.5/1이며, 게다가, 연삭재는 전체 연삭재를 기준으로 모오스 경도 6.5 이상을 가지는 무기물을 1중량% 이상 50중량% 이하로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면계 마찰재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연삭재는 산화지르코늄, 규산지르코늄, 사삼산화철, 자철광, 버미큘라이트, 마이카, 산화제이주석, 산화마그네슘, 황철광, 산화제이철, 산화크롬, 산화망간, 산화티탄, 탄산아연, 산화칼슘, 규산칼슘, 황화마그네슘, 텅스텐산 칼슘, 산화텅스텐, 산화니켈, 암면, 탄화티탄, 탄화규소, 이산화규소, 산화알루미늄, 유리섬유, 알루미나 세라믹섬유, 알루미나-실리카 세라믹섬유, 뮬라이트, 알루미나-실리카-지르코니아 세라믹섬유, 탄화텅스텐, 질화규소로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 모오스 경도가 상이한 두가지 이상의 연삭재의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면계 마찰재.
