Claims (8)
- 피사체의 광학 상을 전기신호로 변환하는 광전변환소자와,상기 광전변환소자에의 빛의 입사를 제어하는 포컬 플레인 셔터와,상기 포컬 플레인 셔터를 구동하는 구동수단과,상기 포컬 플레인 셔터가 상기 광전변환소자에의 빛의 입사를 차단하고 있는 상태를 유지한 채로 상기 구동수단을 이용해 상기 포컬 플레인 셔터를 복수 회 반복해서 진동 구동시키는 진동 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 진동 제어수단에 의한 진동 구동 후, 소정시간 상기 포컬 플레인 셔터의 개폐 동작을 금지하는 금지수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광전변환소자에 입사하는 빛의 광축을 따라 설치된 미러와,상기 미러를 회전 구동시키는 미러 회전수단과,상기 진동 제어수단에 의한 진동 구동 후, 상기 미러 회전수단을 이용해 상기 미러를 회전시키는 수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 진동 제어수단은, 상기 포컬 플레인 셔터를 구동하는 용수철을 로딩 하도록 상기 구동수단의 도움으로 구동을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기.
- 피사체의 광학 상을 전기신호로 변환하는 광전변환소자와, 상기 광전변환소자에의 빛의 입사를 제어하는 포컬 플레인 셔터와, 상기 포컬 플레인 셔터를 구동하는 구동수단을 구비한 광학기기로부터의 이물 제거방법으로서,상기 포컬 플레인 셔터가 상기 광전변환소자에의 빛의 입사를 차단하고 있는 상태를 유지한 채로 상기 포컬 플레인 셔터를 복수 회 반복해서 진동 구동시키는 진동공정을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기로부터의 이물제거방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 진동공정에서의 진동 구동 후, 소정시간 상기 포컬 플레인 셔터의 개폐 동작을 금지하는 금지공정을 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기로부터의 이물제거방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 광전변환소자에 입사하는 빛의 광축을 따라 설치된 미러를 회전 구동시키는 미러 회전공정과,상기 진동공정에서의 진동 구동 후, 상기 미러 회전공정에서 상기 미러를 회전시키는 공정을 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기로부터의 이물제거방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 진동공정은, 상기 포컬 플레인 셔터를 구동하는 용수철을 로딩하도록 구동을 수행하는 것을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학기기로부터의 이물제거방법.
