Claims (8)
- 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드 디스플레이 패널을 구동시키기 위한 방법 에 있어서,컬럼 선택회로를 구성하여 하나의 DAC(Digital to Analog Converter)로 다수의 컬럼을 구동시키는 단계;피드백 회로를 이용하여 상기 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 단계;상기 검출한 전류를 입력 데이터 전류와 비교하여 상기 입력 데이터 전류에 추가하기 위한 추가구동전류를 발생시키는 단계; 및상기 추가구동전류를 소정 비율로 증폭시켜 상기 입력 데이터 전류에 추가하여 상기 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드 디스플레이 패널을 구동시키기 위한 구동전류를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드 디스플레이 패널을 구동시키기 위한 방법.

- 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드 디스플레이 패널을 구동시키기 위한 장치에 있어서,입력 클럭과 제어회로로 다수의 입력되는 컬럼 데이터를 순차적으로 선택 출력하는 컬럼 선택회로;상기 컬럼 선택회로에서 출력되는 다수의 컬럼을 구동시키는 하나의 DAC(Digital to Analog Converter);상기 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드에 흐르는 전류를 검출하여 입력 데이터 전류와 비교하여 상기 입력 데이터 전류에 추가하기 위한 추가구동전류를 발생시키는 피드백 회로; 및상기 추가구동전류를 소정 비율로 증폭시켜 상기 입력 데이터 전류에 추가하여 상기 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드 디스플레이 패널을 구동시키기 위한 구동전류를 발생시키는 출력회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 능동 매트릭스형 유기발광다이오드 디스플레이 패널을 구동시키기 위한 장치.
