Claims (13)
- (a) 폴리페닐렌에테르를 9,10-디히드로-9-옥사-10-(디히드록시아릴)-10-포스파페난트렌 10-옥사이드의 존재 하에 재분배 반응시켜 개질된 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지;(b) 하기 화학식 1의 디시클로펜타디엔 에폭시 수지; 및(c) 하기 화학식 2의 알킬페놀 알데히드 노볼락 경화제를 포함하는 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.[화학식 1]화학식 1에서, m은 0 이상의 정수이며;[화학식 2]화학식 2에서, R1은 C1~C12의 알킬기, C1~C6의 알킬기, C5~C7의 시클로알킬기, 또는 C6~C24의 방향족 탄화수소기이며; R2는 수소 또는 C1~C12의 알킬기이며; n은 0 이상의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌에테르는 10~60 중량부; 상기 9,10-디히드로-9-옥사-10-(디히드록시아릴)-10-포스파페난트렌 10-옥사이드는 0.1~5 중량부; 상기 디시클로펜타디엔 에폭시 수지는 10~40 중량부; 및 상기 알킬페놀 알데히드 노볼락 경화제는 10~40 중량부인 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 9,10-디히드로-9-옥사-10-(디히드록시아릴)-10-포스파페난트렌 10-옥사이드는 하기 화학식 3의 화합물 및 화학식 4의 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.[화학식 3]화학식 3에서, R3 내지 R5는 각각 독립적으로 C1~C6의 알킬기이며; p는 2이고, q는 0~3의 정수이며; k1 및 k2는 각각 독립적으로 0~4의 정수이며;[화학식 4]화학식 4에서, R3 내지 R6은 각각 독립적으로 C1~C6의 알킬기이며; p1 및 p2는 각각 독립적으로 0~2의 정수이고, p1+p2는 2이고, p1+q1은 3 이하의 정수이고, p2+q2는 4 이하의 정수이며; k1 및 k2는 각각 독립적으로 0~4의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 재분배 반응은 라디칼 개시제, 또는 촉매, 또는 라디칼 개시제와 촉매의 존재 하에 진행되는 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 디시클로펜타디엔 에폭시 수지는 에폭시 당량이 200~500인 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 알킬페놀 알데히드 노볼락 경화제는 수산화기 당량이 100~1000인 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 알킬페놀 알데히드 노볼락 경화제는 파라-t-부틸 페놀 아세트알데히드 노볼락, 파라-t-부틸페놀 포름알데히드 노볼락, 파라-t-부틸페놀 프로피온알데히드 노볼락, 파라-메틸페놀 아세트알데히드 노볼락 및 파라-t-옥틸페놀 아세트알데히드 노볼락으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (d) 경화촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 경화촉진제는 이미다졸계 경화촉진제인 것이 특징인 인쇄회로기판용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물을 기재에 코팅 또는 함침시킨 후 건조하여 형성한 복합기재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 유리 섬유포, 유리 섬유부직포, 폴리아미드 섬유포, 폴리아미드 섬유부직포, 폴리에스테르 섬유포 및 폴리에스테르 섬유부직포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상이고,상기 복합기재는 인쇄회로기판용 프리프레그인 것이 특징인 복합기재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 유리판, 고분자 필름 및 금속판으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것이 특징인 복합기재.
- 제10항의 복합기재 및 동박을 적층하고 가열가압 성형하여 형성한 동박 적층판.
