- 광 투과성을 갖는 기판 위에 액상(液狀)의 렌즈재(材)를 토출하는 렌즈재 토출 공정과,상기 렌즈재를 경화해서 마이크로 렌즈를 형성하는 렌즈재 경화 공정을 갖고,상기 렌즈재 토출 공정의 토출 장소에 따라 상기 마이크로 렌즈의 곡률이 다르고, 상기 기판의 측부로부터 조사된 외부 광원의 위치에 대해서 상기 외부 광원으로부터의 거리가 멀어짐에 따라 상기 마이크로 렌즈의 곡률이 커지도록 상기 마이크로 렌즈를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈재 토출 공정 전에 상기 기판의 면에 발액(撥液) 처리를 실시하는 발액 처리 공정을 갖고,상기 렌즈재 토출 공정에서는 상기 발액 처리가 실시된 장소와 상기 발액 처리가 실시된 장소 이외의 장소에 상기 렌즈재를 토출해서 곡률이 다른 상기 마이크로 렌즈를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈재 토출 공정 전에 상기 기판 위에 광 투과성을 갖는 볼록부를 형성하고, 상기 기판의 상기 볼록부에 대해서 오목한 오목부를 상기 볼록부 사이에 형성하는 요철부 형성 공정을 갖고,상기 렌즈재 토출 공정에서는 상기 볼록부와 상기 오목부에 상기 렌즈재를 토출해서 곡률이 다른 상기 마이크로 렌즈를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기판으로부터의 출사 방향으로의 소정 거리의 위치에서의 집광률이 동등해지도록 상기 마이크로 렌즈의 곡률을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 마이크로 렌즈의 제조 방법에 의해서 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 렌즈.
- 투과성을 갖는 기판과,상기 기판 위에 형성된 복수 개의 마이크로 렌즈를 갖고,상기 복수 개의 마이크로 렌즈 중 적어도 하나는 다른 상기 마이크로 렌즈와 곡률이 다르고,상기 마이크로 렌즈의 곡률이 상기 기판의 측부로부터 조사된 외부 광원의 위치에 대해서 상기 외부 광원으로부터의 거리가 멀어짐에 따라 커지도록 상기 마이크로 렌즈가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 기판에 형성된 볼록부와,상기 볼록부에 형성된 마이크로 렌즈를 갖고,상기 기판 위에 형성된 상기 마이크로 렌즈와 상기 볼록부에 형성된 마이크로 렌즈의 곡률이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광학판.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 표면에 대한 상기 마이크로 렌즈의 높이에 따라 상기 마이크로 렌즈의 곡률이 달라지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 렌즈는 상기 기판의 표면에 대한 높이가 낮을수록 곡률이 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 광학판.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 광학판이 확산판인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학판.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 광학판은,상기 외부 광원으로부터 조사된 광을 반사하는 반사판과,상기 외부 광원으로부터 조사된 광을 면 전체로 유도하는 도광부를 갖는 도광판인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학판.
- 삭제
- 프레넬 렌즈(fresnel lens)와 렌티쿨라 시트(lenticular sheet)를 구비한 프로젝션용 스크린으로서,상기 렌티쿨라 시트는 제 6 항에 기재된 광학판이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션용 스크린.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 프로젝션용 스크린을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 광학판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트.
- 제 15 항에 기재된 백라이트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 16 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
