Claims (10)
- 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재에 있어서,폴리에스터 바인더파이버와 폴리에스터 매트릭스파이버로 이루어진 열융착 견면으로 구성되며, 상기 견면의 양면 또는 일면에 열처리된 피막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열융착견면이 상기 바인더파이버 30∼50%, 매트릭스파이버 50∼70%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 파이버의 섬도가 3∼15데니어인 것을 특징으로 한 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 두께가 0.1∼5mm인 것을 특징으로 한 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재.
- 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재의 제조방법에 있어서,폴리에스테르섬유의 바인더파이버와 매트릭스파이버가 적층된 웹을 열융착하여 견면을 제조하는 공정; 상기 열융착된 견면을 냉각하는 공정; 핫프레스 롤러로 견면 양면 또는 일면을 열처리하여 피막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 웹을 열융착하여 견면을 제조하는 공정에서 열융착 온도가 100∼150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 핫프레스 롤러의 온도가 150∼250℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 핫프레스 롤러가 1∼3단 롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 핫프레스 롤러의 표면에 무늬가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 두께가 0.1∼5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 플로우카페트 기재의 제조방법.
