Claims (14)
- 리튬과 반복적으로 충방전 가능한 금속 또는 준금속을 함유하는 코어 입자를 2개 이상 포함하는 코어층; 비정질 탄소층; 및 결정질 탄소층을 순차적으로 포함하는 전극활물질로서,상기 결정질 탄소층은 판상구조 탄소층 단위체들로 구성되고,상기 판상구조 탄소층 단위체는 결정내 c축 방향이 동일하면서 층상구조인 2이상의 탄소층들로 이루어지고,상기 판상구조 탄소층 단위체의 c축 방향과 전극활물질 입자의 접선 방향이 수직 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 입자는 Si, Al, Sn, Sb, Bi, As, Ge, Pb 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 금속 또는 준금속으로 구성되거나 상기 금속 또는 준금속의 합금으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 입자는 평균 입경이 0.01~50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어층: 비정질 탄소층: 결정질 탄소층 = 70~30 중량부: 0.1~50 중량부: 29.9~70 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 탄소층은 탄소의 층간거리 d002가 0.3354~0.35nm이고 두께가 1~10미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 탄소층은 탄소의 층간거리 d002가 0.34nm 이상이고 두께가 5nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 및 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 전극활물질을 포함하는 이차 전지.
