Description
Claims (19)
- ⅥB족 금속 산화물 및 Ⅷ족 금속 산화물을 포함하는 수소화처리 촉매(hydrotreating catalyst)를 활성화시키는 방법으로서,하기 공정 (A)를 포함하거나 또는 하기 공정 (A) 및 (B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(A) 수소화처리 촉매를 산 및 유기 첨가제[끓는점은 80~500 ℃이고, 수중 용해도는 5 g/ℓ이상(20 ℃, 대기압)임]와 접촉시키는 공정;(B) 촉매 중에 50 중량% 이상의 첨가제를 유지하는 조건 하에 건조시키는 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,활성화된 수소화처리 촉매는 5 중량% 이하의 결정성 분획물(촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 ⅥB족 금속 및 Ⅷ족 금속의 결정성 화합물의 중량 분획물로 표시함)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,활성화된 수소화처리 촉매는 결정성 분획물을 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수소화처리 촉매는 사용한(used) 수소화처리 촉매를 재생시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수소화처리 촉매는 새로운(fresh) 수소화처리 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,새로운 수소화처리 촉매를 하소(calcining)시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,새로운 수소화처리 촉매는 0.5 중량% 이상의 결정성 분획물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산을 함유하는 촉매 조성물은 습윤 하에 에이징(aging) 공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,촉매 조성물은 결정성 분획물을 5 중량% 이하로 감소시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 에이징시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산 농도는 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산은 무기산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산은 1개 이상의 카르복실기 및 1~20개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,산은 시트르산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,첨가제는 유기 산소-함유 화합물 또는 유기 질소-함유 화합물이고, 끓는점은 100~400 ℃이며, 수중 용해도는 실온(20 ℃)(대기압)에서 5 g/ℓ이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,첨가제는 1 분자 당 2개 이상의 히드록실기 및 2~10개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 화합물, 및 이들 화합물의 (폴리)에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해서 수득가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화처리 촉매.
- 삭제
- 제 16 항에 있어서,촉매는 사용한 촉매를 재생시킨 것이나 또는 새로운 촉매를 하소시킨 것이며, 촉매는 5 중량% 이하의 결정성 분획물(촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 ⅥB족 금속 및 Ⅷ족 금속의 결정성 화합물의 중량 분획물로 표시함)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화처리 촉매.
- 탄화수소 공급물을 수소화처리하는 방법으로서,하기 공정 (A)를 포함하거나 또는 하기 공정 (A) 및 (B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(A) 제 10 항에 따른 촉매를 수소화처리 조건 하에 탄화수소 공급물과 접촉시키는 공정;(B) 촉매를 탄화수소 공급물과 접촉시키기 이전에 (예비)황화시키는 공정.
