Claims (2)
- 내측면에 화소전극이 구비된 하부기판;상기 하부기판과 이격하여 대향 배치되고 내측면에 상대전극이 구비된 상부기판;상기 하부기판의 하측에 배치된 백라이트;상기 화소전극을 포함한 하부기판 상에 구비되고 화소전극과 상대전극에 전압 미인가시 상기 상부기판 외측과 백라이트로부터 유입되는 빛을 산란시켜 반투과판으로 기능하는 제1 고분자 액정 필름;상기 하부기판 상의 제1 고분자 액정 필름과 상부기판 사이에 개재되고, 레드(R), 그린(G) 및 블루(B)의 안료가 포함된 제2 고분자 액정 필름; 및상기 하부기판과 상부기판의 외측면 각각에 투과축들이 서로 직교하게 배치된 제1편광판 및 제2편광판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 RGB-PDLC 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 고분자 액정 필름과 제2 고분자 액정 필름은 코팅 및 패터닝법, 스크린 패턴 프린팅법 및 잉크젯 프린팅법으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 방법으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 RGB-PDLC 표시장치.
