Claims (6)
- 옥수숫대를 이용한 기능성 판재에 있어서,상기 옥수숫대 6~10 중량부에 규산염 0.2~2 중량부를 혼합한 혼합물 100 중량부에 대해 수산화암모늄, 염화암모늄 및 인산암모늄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 최소한 하나 이상 선택되는 경화제 1~10 중량부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수숫대를 이용한 기능성 판재.

- 옥수숫대를 분쇄하여 규산염과 혼합하고 여기에 수산화암모늄, 염화암모늄 및 인산암모늄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 최소한 하나 이상 선택되는 경화제를 첨가하여 원료를 준비하고,상기 준비된 원료를 반자동 또는 다단식 열 자동프레스 장치에서 성형온도 120~210℃, 성형압력 10~30,000kgf/㎠, 성형시간 0.5~20분으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 기재의 기능성 판재의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,옥수숫대를 분쇄하여 규산염과 혼합하고 여기에 상기 경화제를 첨가한 원료를 준비하여 성형하되, 옥수숫대 분쇄공정, 쿠킹공정, 기계펄프화공정, 수지첨가공정, 유동화건조공정, 호퍼저장공정, 에어휠터링공정, 매트형성공정, 열프레스가압공정, 냉각공정, 절단공정을 포함하는 통상의 MDF제조공정을 이용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 판재의 제조방법.
- 옥수숫대 6~10 중량부에 규산염 0.2~2 중량부를 혼합한 혼합물 100 중량부에 대해 수산화암모늄, 염화암모늄 및 인산암모늄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 최소한 하나 이상 선택되는 경화제 1~10 중량부를 포함하고,상기 옥수숫대 6~10 중량부에 대해 트리에틸포스페이트의 인산 함유 난연제, 브롬화트리알릴포스페이트의 할로겐 함유 난연제, 술파민산의 유황 함유 난연제, 붕산암모늄, 인산, 규산소다, 탄산칼슘, 및 산화티탄으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 무기계 난연제로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 난연제와 알칼리금속염, 알칼리토금속염, 흑연, 활성탄, 및 탄소섬유로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 전자기 차폐성분 2~10 중량부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수숫대를 이용한 기능성 판재.
