Claims (8)
- 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터에서 촉매 담체와 이의 외부쪽을 피복하는 쉘 사이에 배치되는 유지 밀봉제의 제조방법에 있어서,무기 섬유를 매트상으로 배열하여 이루어진 매트상물에 유리전이온도 Tg(℃)가 5℃ 이하인 유기 결합제를 물에 분산시켜 이루어진 에멀젼을 함침시키는 함침공정 및 에멀젼을 포함하는 매트상물을 건조시킴으로써 유기 결합제를 매트상물에 첨착(添着)시켜 유지 밀봉제를 제조하는 건조공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 유지 밀봉제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함침공정에서 유기 결합제로서 가교처리를 하지 않은 고무를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 유지 밀봉제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 결합제가 아크릴레이트계 고무 또는 메타크릴레이트계 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유지 밀봉제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에멀젼의 표면장력이 상온에서 60mN/m 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유지 밀봉제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에멀젼의 입자 직경이 300nm 이하인 것을 특징 으로 하는, 유지 밀봉제의 제조방법.
- 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 컨버터에서 촉매 담체와 이의 외부쪽을 피복하는 쉘 사이에 배치되는 유지 밀봉제에 있어서,무기 섬유를 매트상으로 배열하여 이루어진 매트상물에 유리전이온도 Tg가 5℃ 이하인 유기 결합제가 첨착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유지 밀봉제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기 결합제가 아크릴레이트계 고무 또는 메타크릴레이트계 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 유지 밀봉제.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 무기 섬유의 비산율이 0.15중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유지 밀봉제.
