Claims (14)
- 금속판 상에 최표층 도막으로서 도포·경화시켜 프리코팅 금속판을 제작하기 위한 도료 조성물로서, (1) 고분자 폴리에스테르 수지와 멜라민 경화제의 조합 (2) 고분자 폴리에스테르 수지와 페놀 경화제의 조합 및 (3) 아크릴 수지와 멜라민 경화제의 조합 중에서 선택되는 기제 수지와 경화제를 넣고, 도료 조성물의 전체 고형분의 5 내지 15질량%의 이소시아네이트 유도체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기에 의한 장해가 발생하기 어려운 프리코팅 금속판용 도료 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서,도료 조성물의 전체 고형분의 1 내지 2질량%의 알콕시아민염을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기에 의한 장해가 발생하기 어려운 프리코팅 금속판용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,이소시아네이트 유도체로서 이소포론디이소시아네이트(IPDI) 유도체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기에 의한 장해가 발생하기 어려운 프리-코팅 금속판용 도료 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 최표층 도막을 형성한 프리코팅 금속판을 아래에 기재된 "방법 1"로 측정한 때에 얻어지는 대전 전압의 값이 0.15kV 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기에 의한 장해가 발생하기 어려운 프리코팅 금속판용 도료 조성물.(방법 1)표준 상태(온도23℃, 상대 습도50%)의 실내에서, 7×15cm로 절단한 평활한 프리코팅 금속판의 대상 도장면의 중앙에, 5×10cm로 절단한, 경도 50, 카본 블랙 함유량 31질량%, 두께 5mm의 클로로프렌 고무 시트를 포갠 것을, 수평의 도자기로 만든 받침대 위에 프리코팅 금속판이 아래쪽이 되도록 두고 클로로프렌 고무시트 상에 1kg의 추를 10초간 올려두고 압착한 후, 추를 제거하고, 클로로프렌 고무 시트를 수직 방향으로 걷어낸 후 조속히 프리 코팅 금속판의 도장면 중앙부의 대전 전압을 비접촉식 필드미터로 측정한다.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 최표층 도막을 형성한 프리코팅 금속판을 아래에 기재된 "방법 2"로 측정한 때에 얻어지는 대전 전압의 값이 0.25kV 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기에 의한 장해가 발생하기 어려운 프리코팅 금속판용 도료 조성물.(방법 2)청구항12의 방법 1에 기재된 프리-코팅 금속판, 클로로프렌 고무 시트, 도자기로 만든 받침대 및 추를, 70℃의 오븐 중에서 l0분간 가열하고, 꺼낸 후 30초 이내에, 방법 1 기재의 공정을 모두 완료시킨다.
- 제1항, 제4항, 제5항, 제12항 및 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도료 조성물을 금속판의 적어도 한쪽 면에 최표층 도막으로서 도포, 경화시켜 제작한 프리코팅 금속판.
