Claims (2)
- (BaO)m·TiO2(여기서, m은, 0.990 내지 0.995이다) 100중량부에 대해,Yb2O3를 0.18 내지 0.5중량부,MgO를 0.6 내지 1.5중량부,CaSiO3를 0.4 내지 1.5중량부,WO3를 0.02 내지 0.2중량부,MnCO3를 0.1 내지 0.4중량부, 및MoO3를 0.02 내지 0.2 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물을 이용하여 얻어지는 유전체층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
