Claims (6)
- 밀폐 용기 내에, 윤활유와 함께 냉매 가스를 흡입하여 압축하기 위한 압축기 요소와, 이를 회전 구동하는 전동기 요소로 이루어지는 압축기 본체를 수용하여 이루어지는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,상기 압축기 요소는 크랭크 샤프트의 회전 구동과 연동하여 실린더 내를 왕복 운동하는 피스톤을 구비하고, 이 피스톤의 외주면에 상기 크랭크 샤프트측의 단부로부터 피스톤 중간 위치까지의 범위 내에 형성된 단차부를 갖고,상기 단차부의 상기 피스톤측의 단부 위치를, 상기 피스톤의 하사점 위치에 있어서 상기 실린더의 개구보다도 상기 크랭크 샤프트측으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 밀폐 용기 내에, 윤활유와 함께 냉매 가스를 흡입하여 압축하기 위한 압축기 요소와, 이를 회전 구동하는 전동기 요소로 이루어지는 압축기 본체를 수용하여 이루어지는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,상기 압축기 요소는 크랭크 샤프트의 회전 구동과 연동하여 실린더 내를 왕복 운동하는 피스톤을 갖고, 냉매 가스로서 R600a를 사용하여 상기 실린더 및 상기 피스톤에 가해지는 면압을 작게 하고, 또한 상기 피스톤의 외주면에는 실린더 내면과 접촉하지 않는 단차부를 구비하여 상기 피스톤과 상기 실린더와의 접촉 면적을 작게 하고,상기 단차부의 상기 피스톤측의 단부 위치를, 상기 피스톤의 하사점 위치에 있어서 상기 실린더의 개구보다도 상기 크랭크 샤프트측으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 밀폐 용기 내에, 윤활유와 함께 냉매 가스를 흡입하여 압축하기 위한 압축기 요소와, 이를 회전 구동하는 전동기 요소로 이루어지는 압축기 본체를 수용하여 이루어지는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,압축기 요소는, 실린더 내를 왕복 운동하는 피스톤이 대략 구 형상의 선단부를 갖는 로드와 연결되고, 상기 피스톤은 상기 로드를 거쳐서 크랭크 샤프트의 크랭크 핀의 편심 운동과 연동하여 실린더 내를 왕복 운동하는 볼 조인트 기구로 구성되고,상기 피스톤의 외주면에 상기 크랭크 샤프트측의 단부로부터 피스톤 중간 위치까지의 범위에 걸쳐서 형성된 단차부를 갖고,상기 단차부의 상기 피스톤측의 단부 위치를, 상기 피스톤의 하사점 위치에 있어서 상기 실린더의 개구보다도 상기 크랭크 샤프트측으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단차부는 일정한 깊이로 상기 피스톤의 전체 둘레에 걸쳐 똑같이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단차부의 깊이는 200 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
