Claims (46)

- 제1항에 있어서,전류를 인가하기 위한 전력원을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,저장기 캡에 전류가 인가되면, 리드들의 온도에 비하여 저장기 캡의 온도가 우선적으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,저장기 캡은, 리드들을 형성하는 재료의 융점과는 다른 융점을 갖는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,저장기 캡과 리드들은 동일한 재료로 형성되고, 저장기 캡은 전류 흐름 방향에서 보다 작은 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,리드들과 저장기 캡은 두께가 동일하고, 리드들의 폭 대(對) 저장기 폭의 비는 2:1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,저장기 캡의 뚜께는 리드들의 두께보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,리드들의 두께 대(對) 저장기 캡의 두께의 비는 2:1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,저장기 캡은, 리드들을 형성하는 재료와는 다른 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,저장기 캡은, 리드들을 형성하는 재료와는 저항, 열 확산도 또는 열 전도도가 다른 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,저장기 캡은 금속의 다수의 층들 또는 금속과 반도체의 다수의 층들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,저장기 캡, 리드들, 또는 이들 모두의 적어도 일부 위에 유전성 재료의 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장기 수용물의 제어 방출 또는 노출 장치.
