Claims (7)
- 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머와 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머를 포함하는 아크릴레이트 올리고머 25 내지 40 중량%;반응성 아크릴 모노머 15 내지 25 중량%;안료 20 내지 30 중량%;광 개시제 5 내지 10 중량%;부착 증진제 0.5 내지 5 중량%; 및분산제, 소포제, 및 착색제를 포함하는 첨가제 3 내지 5 중량%를 포함하되,상기 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 전체 중량%에서 상기 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머 20 내지 30 중량% 및 상기 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 5 내지 10 중량%를 포함하고, 상기 반응성 아크릴 모노머는 이소보닐 아크릴레이트(isobonyl acrylate), 이소보닐 메타크릴레이트(isobonyl methacrylate), 테트라히드로퓨릴 아크릴레이트(tetrahydrofuryl acrylate), 2-페녹시에틸 아크릴레이트(2-phenoxyethyl acrylate), 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(tripropyleneglycol diacrylate), 1, 6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트(1, 6-hexane diol diacrylate), 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(trimethylolpropane triacrylate), 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트(pentaerythritol triacrylate), 아크릴로일 모르폴린(Acryloyl morpholine)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 모노머를 포함하고, 상기 부착 증진제는 하기 구조식 2로 표기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철재 도장용 자외선 경화 도료.(상기 구조식 (2)에서 n은 0 또는 1이고, a 및 b는 각각 1 내지 2의 유리수이다.)

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시 아크릴레이트, 변성 에폭시 아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 철재 도장용 자외선 경화 도료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 6관능기 이상을 갖는 무황변 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 또는 지방족계 우레탄 올리고머인 것을 특징으로 하는 철재 도장용 자외선 경화 도료.
