Claims (5)
- 유리프리트와 충전제를 함유하여 이루어진 유전체 조성물에 있어서,SiO2 48 ∼ 70 몰%, B2O3 20 ∼ 41 몰%, Al2O3 2 ∼ 6 몰% 및 ZnO 1 ∼ 5 몰%비율로 함유된 유리프리트 45 ∼ 85 중량%와,ZnAl2O4, MgAl2O4, ZrSiO4 및 Mg2SiO4 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 복합 산화물 충진재 15 ∼ 55 중량%를 함유하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 저온소성 저손실 세라믹 유전체 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리프리트에, 추가로 CaO은 0 ∼ 17 몰%, MgO은 0 ∼ 3 몰%가 함유되어 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유전율이 4 ∼ 7(1MHz)이고, 유전손실이 0.02 ∼ 0.2 %이며, 품질계수가 500 ∼ 5000인 것임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 조성물.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 및 청구항 4 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 유전체 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 동시소성 세라믹(LTCC) 기판.
