Claims (4)
- 레이저 빔에 의해 정보 수록용 기록 마크가 형성된 그루브와, 원주 방향으로 어드레스 신호가 들어있는 랜드 프리 피트(Land prepit)가 형성된 제1랜드 및 정보 재생 전용 피트를 포함하는 그루브와 피트의 깊이가 다른 디스크에 있어서,바닥면으로부터 상기 그루브의 상부면까지의 높이를 d1이라 하고, 바닥면으로부터 상기 피트의 상부면까지의 높이를 d2라 할 때 높이 차 d3가 하기의 조건식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브와 피트의 깊이가 다른 디스크.<조건식>여기서, λ는 레이저 빔의 파장을, n은 디스크 굴절률을 나타낸다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 그루브와 피트는,그 각각의 바닥면이 동일 깊이에 위치하고 상기 바닥면을 기준으로 상기 그루브와 상기 피트 각각의 높이 d1, d2가 다르게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브와 피트의 깊이가 다른 디스크.
- 글라스 마스터 상에 포토레지스트를 성형할 기판의 피트 깊이와 같은 두께로 도포하는 단계와;상기 포토레지스트를 파워1의 레이저 빔에 의해 깊이 d1으로 커팅하여 제1랜드 대응 영역을 형성하고 상기 파워1보다 강한 세기의 파워2의 레이저 빔으로 깊이 d2로 커팅하여 제2랜드 대응 영역을 형성한 것을 현상하여 마스터를 형성하는 단계와;이어서 상기 마스터를 이용하여 상기 마스터와 반대되는 형상으로 찍어내어 그루브 대응 영역과 피트 대응 영역을 갖는 파더 스템퍼를 형성하는 단계와;상기 파더 스템퍼를 이용하여 그와 반대되는 형상을 갖는 마더 스템퍼를 형성하는 단계와;상기 마더 스템퍼를 이용하여 상기 그루브 대응 영역에 의해 그루브를, 상기 피트 대응 영역에 의해 피트를 형성함으로써 상기 그루브의 높이(d1)와 상기 피트의 높이(d2)가 일정한 바닥면을 기준으로 상부를 향해 다르게 형성된 기판을 사출 성형하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브와 피트의 깊이가 다른 디스크의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 파워1의 레이저 빔에 의해 상기 제1랜드 대응 영역을 형성시 제1랜드 대응영역의 구간에서 레이저 오프하여 랜드 프리 피트(LPP) 대응 영역을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브와 피트의 깊이가 다른 디스크의 제조 방법.
