Claims (11)
- 전동기(1)와,상기 전동기를 수용하는 구동 장치 케이스(2)와,전동기를 제어하는 인버터(3)와,상기 인버터를 냉각하는 냉매의 유로(4)를 구비하는 구동 장치에 있어서,상기 인버터는 그 기판과 일체화된 히트 싱크(53)가 구동 장치 케이스와 대향하는 부분에 공간(R)을 두고 구동 장치 케이스에 부착되고,상기 공간은 냉매의 유로에 연통되고,상기 히트 싱크는 구동 장치 케이스를 향해 공간 내로 연장 돌출되는 히트 싱크측 핀(56)을 갖고,상기 히트 싱크측 핀과 구동 장치 케이스는 저열전도 상태로 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 전동기와,상기 전동기를 수용하는 구동 장치 케이스와,전동기를 제어하는 인버터와,상기 인버터를 냉각하는 냉매의 유로를 구비하는 구동 장치에 있어서,상기 인버터는 그 기판과 일체화된 히트 싱크가 구동 장치 케이스와 대향하는 부분에 공간을 두고 구동 장치 케이스에 부착되고,상기 공간은 냉매의 유로에 연통되고,상기 히트 싱크는 구동 장치 케이스를 향해 공간 내로 연장 돌출되는 히트 싱크측 핀을 구비하고,상기 공간에 열전도를 방해하는 격리 수단이 개재되고,상기 히트 싱크측 핀과 구동 장치 케이스는 모두 격리 수단에 직접 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 격리 수단은 저열전도성 부재(61)로 구성되는 구동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 격리 수단은 사이에 공간(R3)을 두는 복수의 격리 부재(60)로 구성되는 구동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 격리 수단은 격리 부재에 저열전도성 부재를 적층한 적층 부재로 구성되는 구동 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 장치 케이스는 히트 싱크를 향해 공간 내로 연장 돌출되는 구동 장치 케이스측 핀(22)을 구비하는 구동 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 격리 수단은 공간을 상기 히트 싱크측에 면하는 제1 실(R1)과 구동 장치 케이스측에 면하는 제2 실(R2)로 분리하는 것인 구동 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인버터는 그와는 별개 부재로 이루어지는 인버터 케이스(5) 안에 상기 인버터 케이스의 바닥벽에 기판을 고정하여 수용되고, 인버터 케이스의 바닥벽이 기판과 일체화된 히트 싱크를 구성하는 구동 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인버터는 그와는 별개 부재로 이루어지는 인버터 케이스 내에 기판과 일체화된 히트 싱크(33)와 함께 수용된 구동 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 히트 싱크측 핀과 구동 장치 케이스측 핀은 협동하여 공통의 냉매 흐름 패턴을 공간 내에 생기게 하는 것인 구동 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저열전도성 부재는 히트 싱크측 핀과 구동 장치 케이스측 핀의 접촉부에 따른 형상으로 된 구동 장치.
