Claims (8)
- 투명 고분자 필름 위에 전리방사선 경화형 수지와 둘 이상의 상이한 평균입경을 갖는 무기질 입자로 구성된 투명 하드코트층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 무기질 입자가 평균입경 1 ∼ 15 ㎛와 평균입경 5 ∼ 50 ㎚인 두 가지 무기질 입자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 투명 하드코트층이 단층이고, 이 단층 중에 둘 이상의 서로 다른 평균입경을 갖는 무기질 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 투명 하드코트층은 입경이 큰 무기질 입자를 함유하는 제 1투명 하드코트층과, 입경이 적은 무기질 입자를 함유하는 제 2투명 하드코트층을 가지며, 상기 투명 고분자 필름 위에 제 1투명 하드코트층과 제 2투명 하드코트층의 순서로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
- 투명 고분자 필름 위에 전리방사선 경화형 수지와 평균입경이 1 ∼ 15 ㎛인 무기질 입자를 함유하는 제 1투명 하드코트층과, 전리방사선 경화형 수지와 평균입경이 5 ∼ 50 ㎚인 무기질 입자를 함유하는 제 2투명 하드코트층을 순차적으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 1투명 하드코트 층의 막 두께가 2 ∼ 15 ㎛이고, 상기 제 2투명 하드코트 층의 막의 두께가 0.2 ∼ 1.5 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상이한 평균입경을 갖는 각 무기질 입자는 전리방사선 경화형 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 8 중량부로 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 평균입경이 1 ~ 15㎛인 무기질 입자와 평균입경이 5 ~ 50nm인 무기질입자 각각은 전리방사선 경화형 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 8 중량부로 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 투명 하드코트필름.
