Claims (7)
- 프린팅 기술 또는 출력 기술에 의해, 캐스팅하려는 콘크리트와 직접 접촉하게 되는 표면으로 직접 전달되는 콘크리트 표면 지연제에 의해 일정한 패턴을 지닌 콘크리트 표면을 생성시키는 방법으로서, 추가로 이형제가 동일한 전달 단계 또는 별도의 전달 단계에서 캐스팅하려는 콘크리트와 직접 접촉하게 되는 표면으로 전달됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면 지연제를 캐스팅하려는 콘크리트와 직접 접촉하게 되는 표면에 전달하기 위해 세리그라피(serigraphy), 플렉소그라피(flexography), 오프셋 프린팅 또는 디지털 출력 기술이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 콘크리트 표면 지연제를 이용하여 생성시키려는 요망되는 패턴이 셀룰로오스, 플라스틱 또는 금속 기재 물질로부터 제조된 막상에 형성된 후, 요망되는 패턴을 지닌 막이 거푸집의 바닥에 배치되어, 패턴이 캐스팅하려는 콘크리트 물질과 마주하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 콘크리트 표면 지연제를 이용하여 생성시키려는 요망되는 패턴이 거푸집의 바닥에 직접 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 캐스팅 후, 패턴을 생성시키도록 경화가 지연된 콘크리트를 세척하기 위해 캐스팅된 콘크리트 조각이 통상적으로 세척됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상이한 깊이에서 작용하여 소정의 패턴을 형성시키는 표면 지연제, 및 이형제가 캐스팅하려는 콘크리트 조각과 접촉하게 되는 표면으로 전달됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
