Claims (20)
- 도전성 촉매 물질과 그 물질의 표면에 발수성 물질로 된 코팅층을 갖는 금속 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발수성 물질로 된 코팅층의 발수성 물질의 함량은, 도전성 촉매 물질 1 00 중량부를 기준으로 하여 1 내지 50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발수성 물질이 2,2-비스트리플루오로메틸-4,5-디플루오로-1,3-디옥솔 테트라플루오로에틸렌 코폴리머, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 불소화된 에틸렌 프로필렌(FEP), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVdF), 플루오로사프로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 촉매 물질이 백금(Pt), 철(Fe), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 루테늄(Ru), 로듐(Rh), 팔라듐(Pd), 오스뮴(Os), 이리듐(Ir), 구리(Cu), 은(Ag), 금(Au), 주석(Sn), 티탄(Ti), 크롬(Cr), 그 혼합물, 그 합금, 및 상기 원소들이 담지된 카본 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 촉매 물질이 백금이 담지된 카본 (Pt/C)이고, 상기 발수성 폴리머가 플루오로사프인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매.
- 발수성 물질을 제1용매에 혼합하여 발수성 물질 용액을 얻는 제1단계;도전성 촉매 물질을 제1용매에 혼합하여 도전성 촉매 용액을 얻는 제2단계;상기 제2단계에 따라 얻은 도전성 촉매 용액을 상기 제1단계에 따라 얻은 발수성 물질 용액에 부가(dripping)하는 제3단계;상기 제3단계에 따라 얻은 결과물을 제2용매에 부가(dripping)하는 제4단계; 및상기 제4단계에 따라 얻은 결과물을 건조하여 제1용매 및 제2용매를 제거하는 제5단계;를 포함하여 도전성 촉매 물질과 그 물질 표면상에 발수성 물질로 된 코팅층을 갖는 금속 촉매를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1용매가 물(H2O), 하이드로플루오로폴리에테르(HFPE), N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP), 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc), 디메틸포름아미드(DMF) 및 트리플루오로아세트산(TFA)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2용매가 물 및 헥산중에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발수성 물질이 2,2-비스트리플루오로메틸-4,5-디플루오로-1,3-디옥솔 테트라플루오로에틸렌 코폴리머, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 불소화된 에틸렌 프로필렌(FEP), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVdF), 플루오로사프로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발수성 물질의 함량이 도전성 촉매 물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 1 내지 50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계에서 제1용매의 함량은 발수성 물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 500 내지 1500 중량부이고,상기 제2단계에서 제1용매의 함량은 도전성 촉매 물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 200 내지 1000 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제4단계에서 제2용매의 함량은 발수성 물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 500 내지 5000 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 건조시 60-150℃에서 건조하거나 또는 -20 내지 -60℃에서 동결건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 금속 촉매를 포함하는 전극.
- 제16항에 있어서, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVdF), 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 바인더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 금속 촉매를 바인더 및 제3용매와 혼합하여 촉매층 형성용 조성물을 얻는 단계;상기 촉매층 형성용 조성물을 전극 지지체상에 코팅 및 건조하는 단계; 및상기 결과물을 산 용액으로 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVdF), 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이고, 그 함량은 금속 촉매 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 1 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제3용매가 N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP), 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc), 디메틸포름아미드(DMF) 및 트리플루오로아세트산(TFA)중에서 선택되는 것 을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 산 용액이 인산 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 캐소드, 애노드 및 상기 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재된 전해질막을 포함하며,상기 캐소드 및 애노드 중의 적어도 하나가, 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 금속 촉매를 함유하는 전극을 구비한 연료전지.
