Claims (10)
- A) 제 1 그라프트 공중합체 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여a) 시드로서 가교된 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐화합물 공중합체 2 내지 20 중량부;b) 코어로서 가교된 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 중합체 20 내지 60 중량부; 및c) 그라프트 쉘로서 가교되지 아니한 방향족 비닐화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체 30 내지 80 중량부를 함유하는 제 1 그라프트 공중합체; 및B) 제 2 그라프트 공중합체 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여a) 내부 시드로서 상기 제 1 그라프트 공중합체 0.1 내지 10 중량부;b) 외부 시드로서 가교된 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐화합물 공중합체 2 내지 20 중량부;c) 코어로서 가교된 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 중합체 30 내지 70 중량부; 및d) 그라프트 쉘로서 가교되지 아니한 방향족 비닐화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체 15 내지 50 중량부를 함유하는 제 2 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 아크릴레이트 단량체의 알킬기는 탄소수 2 내지 8 의 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 아크릴레이트 단량체는 부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 헥실 아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 그라프트 공중합체 및 제 2 그라프트 공중합체 중 코어의 가교된 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 중합체는 유리 전이 온도가 -70 내지 -20 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 그라프트 공중합체중 코어의 평균 입경이 50 내지 200 nm 이고, 제 2 그라프트 공중합체중 코어의 평균 입경이 200 내지 600 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐 화합물은 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 파라 메틸스티렌 및 비닐톨루엔의 스티렌 단량체 유도체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 시안 화합물은 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체 조성물.
- A) 제1항 기재의 제 1 그라프트 공중합체 분말 5 내지 50 중량부;B) 제1항 기재의 제 2 그라프트 공중합체 분말 5 내지 50중량부; 및C) 경질 매트릭스 수지 10 내지 80 중량부를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 경질 매트릭스 수지는 유리전이 온도가 60 내지 140 ℃인 경질 중합체 형성 단랑체군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
