Claims (5)
- 나선상(螺旋狀)의 나사 홈(3)을 갖는 구동축(1)에 너트(5)가 바깥쪽에 끼워져 장착되고, 상기 너트(5)는 상기 구동축(1)을 축방향으로 이동하기 위해 본체 프레임(15)에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있는 구동축 이동장치에 있어서, 상기 본체 프레임(15) 측에는 상기 구동축(1)의 회전을 규제하기 위한 고정수단(17)이 설치되며, 그 고정수단(17)은 상기 구동축(1)의 축방향으로 형성된 가이드부(4)를 따라 이동이 자유로운 피가이드부(24)를 구비하고, 상기 피가이드부(24)는 상기 너트(5)와 구동축(1) 사이에 면하여 있으며, 상기 고정수단(17)에는 고정수단(17)에 작용하는 구동축(1)의 비틀림력을 검출하기 위한 응력센서(33)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 이동장치.
- 나선상의 나사 홈(3)을 갖는 구동축(1)에 볼나사 너트(5)가 상기 나사 홈(3)을 회전 이동하는 볼(8)을 매개로 바깥쪽으로 끼워져 장착되고, 상기 볼나사 너트(5)는 상기 구동축(1)을 축방향으로 이동하기 위해 본체 프레임(15)에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있는 구동축 이동장치에 있어서, 상기 본체 프레임(15)측에는 상기 구동축(1)의 회전을 규제하기 위한 고정수단(17)이 설치되고, 그 고정수단(17)은 상기 구동축(1)의 축방향으로 형성된 가이드부(4)를 따라 이동이 자유로운 피가이드부(24)를 구비하며, 상기 피가이드부(24)는 상기 볼(8)이 회전 이동할 수 있도록 상기 너트(5)와 구동축(1) 사이에 면하여 있는 것과 함께 상기 피가이드부(24)에는 구동축의 나사 홈(3)과 동일한 피치의 나사 홈(24a)이 형성되고, 상기 가이드부(4)에 안내되는 상기 피가이드부(24)의 나사 홈(24a)과 상기 볼나사 너트(5)의 볼나사 홈(7)의 간격을 조정하는 조정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 이동장치.
- 나선상의 나사 홈(3)을 갖는 구동축(1)에 볼나사 너트(5)가 상기 나사 홈(3)을 회전 이동하는 볼(8)을 매개로 바깥쪽으로 끼워져 장착되고, 상기 볼나사 너트(5)는 상기 구동축(1)을 축방향으로 이동하기 위해 본체 프레임(15)에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있는 구동축 이동장치에 있어서, 상기 본체 프레임(15)측에는 상기 구동축(1)의 회전을 규제하기 위한 고정수단(17)이 설치되고, 그 고정수단(17)은 상기 구동축(1)의 축방향으로 형성된 가이드부(4)를 따라 이동이 자유로운 피가이드부(24)를 구비하며, 상기 피가이드부(24)는 상기 볼(8)이 회전 이동할 수 있도록 상기 너트(5)와 구동축(1) 사이에 면하여 있으며, 상기 고정수단(17)에는 고정수단(17)에 작용하는 구동축(1)의 비틀림력을 검출하기 위한 응력센서(33)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 이동장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피가이드부(24)는 볼(38)을 매개로 가이드부(4)로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 이동장치.
