Claims (11)
- 산화마그네슘을 MgO로 환산하여 53.00∼80.00 mol%와, 산화티타늄을 TiO2로 환산하여 19.60∼47.00 mol%와, 산화망간을 MnO로 환산하여 0.05∼0.85 mol%를 포함하는 주성분과,또한, 부성분으로서 산화바나듐, 산화이트륨, 산화이테르븀, 산화홀뮴 중 적어도 어느 하나를, 각각 V2O5, Y2O3, Yb2O3, Ho2O3로 환산하여, 0.00 mol %보다 많고 0.20 mol% 이하 함유하는 유전체 자기조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화마그네슘을 MgO로 환산하여 60.00∼70.00 mo1%와, 상기 산화티타늄을 TiO2로 환산하여 29.60∼39.90 mol%와, 상기 산화망간을 MnO로 환산하여 0.20∼0.60 mo1%를 포함하는 주성분을 갖는 유전체 자기조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화바나듐, 산화이트륨, 산화이테르븀, 산화홀뮴 중 적어도 어느 하나를, 각각 V2O5, Y2O3, Yb2O3, Ho203로 환산하여, 유전체 자기조성물 전체에 대하여, 0.00 mol%보다 많고 0.05 mol% 이하 함유하는 유전체 자기조성물.
- 제1항 기재의 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 유전체 자기조성물의 원료를 준비하는 공정과,상기 원료를 1300℃ 이하의 온도에서 소성하여, 상기 유전체 자기조성물을 얻는 공정을 갖는 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 원료를 환원분위기 중에서 소성한 후, 어닐 처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법.
- 유전체층을 갖는 전자부품에 있어서,상기 유전체층이 제1항 기재의 유전체 자기조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품.
- 내부 전극과 유전체층이 번갈아 적층되어 있는 전자부품에 있어서,상기 유전체층이 제1항 기재의 유전체 자기조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 내부전극이 적어도 니켈을 함유하는 전자부품.
- 제8항 기재의 전자부품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 내부전극과 유전체층을 동시에 1300℃이하에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품의 제조방법.
- 상기 유전체 자기조성물의 원료를, 환원분위기 중에서 소성한 후, 어닐 처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제8항 기재의 전자부품의 제조방법.
