Description
Claims (4)
- 바이폴라트랜지스터의 정션전압 특성과 열전압 특성을 이용하여 공정변화 및 온도변화에 관계없이 일정한 레벨의 기준전압을 출력하고, 상기 열전압특성에 대응하는 내부전류를 공급하는 기준전압 생성부;상기 내부전류를 미러링한 제1 전류를 제공하기 위한 제1 전류미러부;상기 기준전압에 응답하여 상기 기준전압에 대응하는 제2 전류를 소스-드레인단을 통해 제공하기 위한 기준전류의 온도보상용 모스트랜지스터; 및상기 제1 전류와 제2 전류를 합한 기준전류를 제공하기 위한 제2 전류미러부를 포함하되,상기 제1 전류는 온도가 증가함에 따라 전류가 증가하는 특성을 보이고, 상기 제2 전류는 상기 온도가 증가함에 따라 전류가 감소하는 특성을 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전압 및 기준전류 발생기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 전류미러부는상기 내부전류를 일측으로 입력받는 다이오드 접속된 제1 모스트랜지스터; 및상기 제1 모스트랜지스터와 게이트단이 공통으로 접속되어 상기 내부전류를 미러링한 상기 제1 전류를 제공하는 제2 모스트랜지스터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전압 및 기준전류 발생기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제2 전류미러부는소스-드레인단을 통해 상기 제2 모스트랜지스터와 상기 기준전류의 온도보상용 모스트랜지스터로 각각 상기 제1 전류와 상기 제2 전류를 공급하기 위해 제1 전류와 제2 전류의 합에 해당되는 동작전류를 제공하기 위한 다이오드 접속된 제3 모스트랜지스터; 및상기 제3 모스트랜지스터와 게이트가 공통으로 접속되어, 상기 동작전류를 미러링한 상기 기준전류를 제공하기 위한 제4 모스트랜지스터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전압 및 기준전류 발생기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준전압 생성부는각각 다이오드 접속된 제1 내지 제3 바이폴라트랜지스터;일측이 상기 제2 바이폴라트랜지스터와 제3 바이폴라트랜지스터의 에미트에 각각 접속된 제2 저항과 제3 저항;정입력단은 상기 제1 바이폴라트랜지스터의 에미터에 접속되고, 부입력단은 상기 제1 저항의 타측에 입력되는 연산증폭기;게이트로 상기 연산증폭기의 출력을 입력받고, 일측이 전원전압 공급단에 공 통으로 접속되고, 타측은 상기 제1 바이폴라트랜지스터의 에미터, 제1 저항의 타측, 제2 저항의 타측에 각각 접속된 제1 내지 제3 피모스트랜지스터; 및게이트로 상기 연산증폭기의 출력을 입력받고, 일측은 전원전압 공급단에 접속되고, 타측으로 상기 내부전류를 제공하는 제4 피모스트랜지스터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준전압 및 기준전류 발생기.
