Claims (6)
- 양극집전체와, 상기 양극집전체의 적어도 일면에 부착되는 양극쉬트를 가지는 양극과, 음극집전체와, 상기 음극집전체의 적어도 일면에 부착되는 음극쉬트를 가지는 음극과, 상기 양극과 음극사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 리튬이차전지에 있어서,상기 양극과 음극의 적어도 일측 외면에는 내부 저항을 증가시키기 위한 코팅층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVPF), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드-프로필렌(PVDF-HFP), 폴리비닐클로라이드 호모폴리머(PVC homo-polymer), 폴리비닐클로라이드 코폴리머(PVC co-polymer), 스티렌-부타디엔 고무(SBR)군 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 코팅층을 이루는 코팅액의 농도는 3내지30 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지.
- 양극집전체와 음극집전체를 마련하는 단계;상기 양극집전체와 음극집전체의 적어도 일면에 양극쉬트와 음극쉬트를 부착하여 양극과 음극을 제조하는 제1압연단계;상기 양극판과 음극판의 적어도 일면에 코팅층을 도포하는 단계;상기 도포된 코팅층을 건조하는 단계; 및상기 코팅층을 양극과 음극에 부착하는 제2압연단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 코팅층을 도포하는 단계에서는 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVPF), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드-프로필렌(PVDF-HFP), 폴리비닐클로라이드 호모폴리머(PVC homo-polymer), 폴리비닐클로라이드 코폴리머(PVC co-polymer), 스티렌-부타디엔 고무(SBR)군중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 코팅층을 도포하는 단계에서는, 상기 코팅층을 이루는 코팅액의 농도가 3내지20wt%가 되도록 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
