Claims (15)
- BET 표면적이 300m2/g 이상이고 외래 원자(foreign atom)의 표면 농도가 1×10-5 내지 0.05mmol/m2인 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카로서, 상기 외래 원자가 실리카의 표면에 존재할 뿐만 아니라 침강 실리카의 내부 구조물에도 혼입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외래 원자가 Al, Zr, Zn, Ti, P, Cr, V, Sc, Ga, In, Fe, Ag, Sc, Mn, Co, Ni 또는 Cu인 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외래 원자의 표면 농도가 1×10-4 내지 1×10-3mmol/m2인 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, BET 표면적이 350 내지 800m2/g인 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카.
- 황산을 규산나트륨 수용액에 첨가하여 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카를 제조하는 방법으로서, 황산을 첨가하는 동안 유기염 또는 무기염 형태의 외래 원자의 용액을 첨가함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기염 또는 무기염 형태의 외래 원자를 규산나트륨 용액에 첨가할 황산에 용해시켜 첨가하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 유기염 또는 무기염 형태의 외래 원자를 황산 첨가 기간과 동일한 기간에 걸쳐서 첨가하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 유기염 또는 무기염 형태의 외래 원자를 황산 첨가 기간의 마지막 1/2 기간 이내에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 사용되는 외래 원자가 염화물, 질산염, 탄산염, 산화물, 수산화물, 옥시염화물, 인산염, 옥시수산화물, 옥사이드 설페이트, 폴리카보네이트, 황산염 또는 이들의 조합물 형태의 Al, Zr, Zn, Ti, P, Cr, V, Sc, Ga, In, Fe, Ag, Sc, Mn, Co, Ni 또는 Cu를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 규산나트륨 용액이 황산 및 외래 원자 용액과 동시에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항의 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카가 사용되는 제지용 첨가제.
- 제1항의 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카가 사용되는 인쇄 가능한 직물.
- 제1항의 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카가 사용되는 종이 피복재.
- 제1항의 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카가 사용되는 인쇄 가능한 매체.
- 제1항의 외래 원자-도핑된 침강 실리카가 사용되는 오버헤드 필름.
