Claims (4)
- 내부에 다수의 열교환파이프(150)가 수평배열되어 양단에 설치된 고정판(130)에 결합된 잠열교환기(100)와 다수의 열교환파이프(450)가 수평으로 설치결합된 현열교환기(400)를 구비한 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기에 있어서,상기 잠열교환기(100)의 열교환파이프(150)와 현열교환기(400)의 열교환파이프(450)가 서로 직각방향으로 배치되어 설치되고;상기 잠열교환기(100)의 고정판(130) 외부 양측에는 열교환파이프(150)를 몇 개씩 묶은 관다발에 의해 유로군이 형성되도록 유로안내홈(210, 260)이 형성된 제1유로안내캡(200)과 제2유로안내캡(250)이 설치되며;상기 잠열교환기(100)의 상부 열교환파이프와 하부 열교환파이프 사이에 유로형성을 위해 일단이 개구된 배기가스 안내판(140)이 수평방향으로 설치된 것; 을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 안내판(140)의 몸체에 수개의 배기공(141)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 잠열교환기(100)의 본체(101), 고정판(130), 열교환파이프(150) 및 유로안내캡(200, 250)이 같은 재질로 이루어져 서로 브레이징용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기.
