- 원료 세라믹 분말, 제 1 유기 금속 화합물, 제 2 유기 금속 화합물 및 상기 제 1 유기 금속 화합물과 제 2 유기 금속 화합물이 용해되는 유기 용제를 포함하는 슬러리(slurry)를 제공하는 단계;상기 슬러리로부터 상기 유기 용제를 제거하여 상기 제 1 유기 금속 화합물과 상기 제 2 유기 금속 화합물로 코팅(coating)된 상기 원료 세라믹 분말의 입자들을 포함하는 기본 분말을 얻는 단계; 및상기 제 1 유기 금속 화합물의 분해 온도보다 높고 그리고 상기 제 2 유기 금속 화합물의 분해 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 상기 기본 분말을 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 변형된 원료 세라믹 분말의 제조 방법으로서,상기 제 1 유기 금속 화합물은 금속함유 전기적 특성 변형제로 열분해가 가능한 화합물로서, 금속 알콕사이드(alkoxide)들, 금속 아세틸아세토네이트(acetylacetonate)들 및 금속 석감(soap)들로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물이며,상기 제 2 유기 금속 화합물은 금속 함유 소결 촉진제로 열분해가 가능한 화합물로서, 실리카 졸(silica sol), 금속 초산염(acetate) 및 다가 알코올의 혼합 금속 알콕사이드 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 원료 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.

- 복수개의 유전체 세라믹 층들 및 상기 유전체 세라믹 층들 사이의 접촉면들을 따라 확장된 복수개의 내부 전극들을 포함하는 적층물을 포함하고, 상기 내부 전극들은 상기 유전체 세라믹에 의해 분리된 두 개의 인접한 내부 전극들 사이의 정전용량을 형성하도록 배치되며,상기 유전체 세라믹 층들은 제 6 항에 따른 유전체 세라믹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식(monolithic) 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 전극들은 비금속(卑金屬)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 비금속은 니켈 또는 니켈 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 두 개의 인접한 내부 전극들 사이에 배치된 상기 유전체 세라믹은 약 1㎛ 또는 그 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
