Claims (6)
- ⒜ "U"자 형태의 리테이너부, 중공상의 실부, 상기 리테이너부와 일체형으로 형성되는 실링 립부, 및 상기 리테이너부의 바닥면으로부터 상기 실링 립부에 도달하는 외관 장식부에 형성되는 발포 고무 접착층을 갖는 가류 고무 압출물을 압출 형성하는 웨더 스트립 압출 단계와, ⒝ 상기 가류 고무 압출물을 180℃~230℃ 온도로 가류시키는 가류 단계와, ⒞ 상기 가류 고무 압출물 표면에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 세정 단계, 및 ⒟ TPE 시트를 외관 장식부의 발포 고무 접착층에 압출하는 TPE 시트 압출 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더 스트립 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발포 고무 접착층은 마이크로 캡슐형 발포제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더 스트립 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 ⒟ TPE 시트 압출 단계에서 TPE 시트 접착시 발포 고무 접착층의 잠열은 실온에서 40~100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더 스트립 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 ⒜ 웨더 스트립 압출 단계는 크로스 헤드(cross head)형 3중 압출기로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더 스트립 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 ⒟ TPE 시트 압출 단계 후에 엠보 롤러러 외관 장식부에 엠보를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더 스트립 제조 방법.
- "U"자형 단면의 리테이너부와 상기 리테이너부의 한쪽 측면으로부터 돌출된 중공상의 실(seal)부와, 상기 리테이너부의 내측 면에서 돌출하는 그립 립(grip lip)부와, 상기 리테이너부와 일체형으로 형성되는 실링 립부와, 상기 리테이너부의 바닥면으로부터 상기 실링 립부에 도달하는 외관 장식부에 형성된 발포 고무 접착층, 및 상기 발포 고무 접착층에 부착된 TPE 시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더 스트립.
